Produced in Xifeng Distillery, Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province, Fengxiang is known as "Xifu Fengxiang". The name Zephyr may have come from this. Regarding the origin of Xifeng wine, its theories are different and have yet to be examined. However, the Northern Song Dynasty poet Su Dongpo once had the words "Liulin wine, East Lake willow, woman's hand", praising the Fengxiang wine at that time. Hadagawa Omagari
Produced in Xiqin Distillery, Baoji County, Shaanxi Province, Baoji ancient fengxiang province, winemaking history is long, according to historical records is one of the earliest rice growing areas in China, is also one of the earliest rice brewing areas.
In 1928, the local agricultural and industrial products exhibition in Shaanxi Province won the fourth prize for Jia Yuquan sorghum wine in Baoji County. In 1950, 13 wineries such as Xifeng and Tongxinfu were merged, and a Xiqin distillery was built in Yuzhen, where liquor was brewed according to traditional craftsmanship and put on the market under the name of Xifeng liquor. In 1960, it was a double phoenix brand Xifeng wine, in 1968 it was changed to Qinchuan Daqu Wine, in 1976 it was changed to Shuangfeng Daqu, and in 1978 it was even more Qinchuan Daqu.

Produced in Xi'an Distillery in Shaanxi Province, the Qing Dynasty "Shaanxi Tongzhi Draft" said: "There are three kinds of wine, one is sorghum wine and shochu, steamed out of a pot. A yellow rice wine, brewed by residents in the winter of each year. In 1928, Xi'an produced "shochu, yellow wine, wine, bitter south wine, double jewel dew wine, rose wine, Taibaidi wine" and other wines, and at the "Shaanxi Provincial Local Agricultural and Industrial Products Exhibition", some wines won the "second and fourth class" awards. Origin
Produced in Dukang Distillery, Shaanxi Province, Baishui County, Shaanxi Province, Baishui ancient belongs to the same prefecture, with a long history of winemaking. According to the "Chronicle of Baishui County": "Du Kang, the word Zhongning. According to legend, he is a Kangjiawei of the county and is good at making sake. There are Du Kang Temple and Du Kang Tomb in the local area, and there is also a legend that "KangJia River, in the west of the county fifteen miles." Legend has it that Du Kang took this water to make wine. Water will come from the ditch, around the front of the Kang Temple. "Du Kang is a famous winemaker in ancient China, and is known as the "ancestor of winemaking". In the past, in order to commemorate Du Kang, every year "on the twenty-first day of the first month, men and women from all villages went to Du Kang Temple to cook until the evening." It can be seen that Whitewater County has a long history of winemaking. In 1975, Dukang Distillery was built on the bank of Dukanggou and put into operation.

Produced in Sanliangye Distillery, Mian County, Shaanxi Province, Mian County is known as Xingyuan Province and Hanzhong Province in ancient times, and has a long history of winemaking. Produced in Chenggu Distillery in Shaanxi Province, Chenggu ancient belongs to Xingyuan Province, Hanzhong Province, winemaking has a long history, according to legend, when Liu Bang was crowned king of Han, here tun soldiers raised horses, there is already winemaking.

Qin Yang Special Song
