The park was formerly known as the century-old "Yuanhetang" candied fruit factory at home and abroad. "Yuanhetang" is a representative of Quanzhou's industrial plants in the 1950s and 1960s, and is an important industrial heritage of Quanzhou.
The park covers a total area of 188 acres, with a construction area of 108518 square meters, including the old factories such as Zhongyuan Hetang Candied Fruit Factory, Flour Mill, Oil Factory, Hemp Spinning Factory, TV Factory and other old factories under the Zhongqiao Group.
The park makes full use of the scale and distribution of the existing plant, plans in accordance with the principle of "retention, transformation and new construction", retains the steel frame structure and loft (loft) basic structure of the factory and office building, carries out the necessary transformation, repair and decoration of the building, and injects new industrial elements, so as to become an incubator for creative enterprises and a cultivation place for creative enterprises.
