In the spirit of self-cultivation of following the local customs, I ordered a bowl of the most standard Fang Zhongshan peppery soup, and then there was the scene at the beginning of the text. Fang Zhongshan's peppery soup is too spicy, and the spice flavor is very heavy. Although this shop is a long-established restaurant for roast duck, in fact, there are some Zhengzhou specialties in it, such as Ge Ji stewed cakes and braised noodles... Although the environment and service are average, the food is basically the level of blind spots and no thunder.
The portion size of the roast duck is very large, and it is enough for two people to order half a portion. Some roast ducks are very fatty and rely on the crust to alleviate it. But this one will not, the overall duck meat is thinner, but the crust is superfluous.
There are beef tendons, dried shrimp, and goji berries in sanxian Yifu noodles, and the soup is very delicious, and the noodles look like instant noodles, but they are actually handmade noodles, which are very chewy.
Ge Ji stewed cake is said to be a cake, when served is obviously a dish, it is also one of the special snacks of Zhengzhou. When the bread is stewed, the green vegetables are laid on the bottom, then the bread strips and the jar meat are added, and a little broth is added to the soup and simmered, and the dish is ready.
