Yongzhou, November 25, 2019 (Correspondent Zhu Fanghua) A few days ago, the National Copyright Administration issued the "Decision on Rewarding the Investigation and Handling of Major Infringement and Piracy Cases in 2019", and three units, including the Yongzhou Municipal Copyright Bureau, the Yongzhou Municipal Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, and the Daoxian Cultural Market Comprehensive Law Enforcement Brigade, were awarded the national "2019 Meritorious Units for investigating and handling major infringement and piracy cases", and Tang Taihua and three others were awarded the national "2019 Annual Investigation and Handling of Infringement and Piracy Cases".

Since 2019, the copyright department of Yongzhou City has adhered to the simultaneous promotion, protection and crackdown, carried out in-depth "sword net" actions to combat online infringement and piracy, and continuously increased the investigation and handling of cases of infringement and piracy and copyright infringement. So far, the city has investigated and dealt with 31 cases of infringement and piracy, including 4 cases of online infringement and piracy, 21,000 cases of pirated books and audio-visual products, and more than 30,000 cases of pirated learning materials. It has effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of right holders and made positive contributions to creating an orderly publication market environment and a clear cyberspace.
