Tan's official cuisine was founded by the father and son of Tan Zongjun, an official eunuch in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Ming Dynasty, and has a history of 100 years, which is the official cuisine that was named and protected by Premier Zhou after the founding of the People's Republic of China. At the beginning of 2002, Tan's official cuisine successfully landed on Shanghai Beach, which was then known as "Shanghai's first expensive" restaurant. The essence of Tanjia cuisine seems to be to make you eat like an official, or even like an emperor. Therefore, this cuisine is also known as "the ninth largest cuisine in China".
