The beautiful lake and sun, the aquatic village, and the delicious shrimp and crab leave a deep and unforgettable memory in the poet's mind. The late Tang Dynasty poet Tang Yanqian spent an unforgettable Chongyang festival in Jinling (present-day Nanjing). At that time, it was "wild chrysanthemums with west winds full of incense, and the rain flowers were gathered on the stage to collect pots." In the poem, he praised "the purple shrimp of the sisters, the unique lake Yangyou." Produced at four o'clock, it is extremely beautiful in autumn. The image described as a purple shrimp is "double drums and whiskers, when the top draws a spear," once cooked and placed on the table, it is "listed with delicacies." Purple shrimp live in the ditch pond lake of Huyang, because of the color of blue, so named. The shrimp is complete and uniform, the flesh is plump and tender, in addition to frying, cooking, is an excellent raw material for squeezing shrimp. Crab, because Busan and Huyang are closer, so it can also be called "Busan crab", the crab golden armor red hair, crawling very fast and free, fleshy and oily, qianlong emperor when he went down to Jiangnan had tasted, so it was listed as a tribute in the Qing Dynasty. On the way back to Taiyuan, Shanxi, from Jinling, he sent "how delicious is it to drink, and how much to share alone (purple shrimp)", a poem, admiring the delicious shrimp and crabs of Huyang, making people feel salivating on the wine table.
