According to Kang Wen, curator of this exhibition and director of Yingze Art Museum, the core of the title of "Writing And Seeing" lies in "Yu", the original meaning of Yu is a house in the mountains, which can be extended to the dwelling house of the spirit, metaphorically referring to the encounter and encounter of "God and Material Travel", which is also a new freehand spirit of oil painting creation at present. In the exhibition hall, Zhu Chunlin's works pursue a quiet and peaceful aesthetic taste in the soft and romantic classical beauty modeling language, the picture mood is idyllic and clear, the character image is elegantly summarized, the artist consciously weakens the chiaroscuro contrast, and pursues the "truth" of an individual disposition in the shaping of the "truth" of the picture scene.

Zhao Peizhi reshapes the picture with formal beauty with rich and heavy colors and unique shapes, on the one hand, the artist arbitrarily operates and trades off in the flat space; on the other hand, he uses extremely subjective color and formal rhythmic treatment, the two complement each other, allowing the audience to swim between real life and abstract refinement to experience the inherent aesthetic spirit of freehand oil painting.

In Chen Zijun's delicate and sensitive intuitive understanding, which is unique to women, the works transform into poetic and mysterious paintings, integrating the ink blending of Chinese paintings with the beauty of Western abstract colors, and using comprehensive media to expand the personalized oil painting modeling language and theme content.

The freehand spirit of the source painting comes from its accurate observation and profound reflection on modern urban life. The rationality of the reconstruction of the work is based on the reflection on the "far and near" of modern urban life, which is also the unique freehand value of his realistic painting.

Sun Xun's paintings are based on his personal comparative study of the language of Eastern and Western murals, drawing on the modeling characteristics of western Renaissance "frescoes", through sensibility, relaxed brushwork and rigorous modeling, and presenting a concrete, profound, and spiritual expression, simple and moving.

Huang Shaopeng's freehand oil painting uses rough, wavy lines and color blocks to depict personal spiritual landscapes, and applies the writing in literati freehand paintings to oil painting creation, and pays attention to the layout of the picture and the creation of the realm. In its thick and childish picture, it reveals the artist's simple and unpretentious aesthetic interest of "avenue to simplicity".

Shang Hui, director of the Art Theory Committee of the China Artists Association and an art critic, said that the six oil painters participating in the exhibition are the backbone of oil paintings that are active in the representative of the Chinese contemporary painting world, and it is very rare to see these original works at the Yingze Art Museum. "Whether it is a reproduction of realism or abstract expression, they all show an elegant encounter and a mysterious allegory that is inseparable from the aesthetic object." Shang Hui stressed that their activation of classicism is more of an allegorical "encounter" created from the image of daily life, thus embodying the mysterious secret and secluded meaning of the image. Because of this "allegorical view", freehand also more deeply points to how to collect, use and expand the presentation of the image, and thus embodies the contemporary aesthetic exploration of the oriental artistic thinking of the divine power. "This may be a kind of academic appearance with contemporary representation that we have examined from the works of these six famous Chinese contemporary oil painters."

It is reported that the exhibition will be on display until November 21.
