From September 25th to 27th, the Youth Department Athletics Competition of the 4th Nanxun District Games was held in Xunxi Middle School. Coaches and athletes of the primary and secondary school teams in the whole district, sports staff, and honor guards at the opening ceremony attended.
Wang Peihua, secretary of the party committee and director of the District Education Bureau, Guo Fengjuan, secretary of the party group and director of the District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, Shen Yi, member of the party group and deputy director of the District Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television, Tourism and Sports, He Dandan, member of the party committee of Nanxun Town, and Feng Yuezhong, secretary and principal of Xunxi Middle School, attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Lu Guoqiang, member of the Party Committee and deputy director of the District Education Bureau.
At the opening ceremony, athlete representatives from Yucai Middle School and Linghu Experimental Primary School Education Group spoke, and Teacher Jiang Lei took the oath as a referee representative.
A total of 46 teams from 37 schools and 531 athletes participated in 15 major events and 86 minor sports. After fierce competition, Xunxi Middle School, Hongda Nanxun School Middle School And Hefu Middle School won the top three of the junior high school group A team; Nanxun Development Zone Experimental School Middle School, Nanxun Jinxiu Experimental School Middle School, and Jiuguan Middle School won the top three of the junior high school group B team; Shuanglin Qingtong Primary School, Nanxun Experimental Primary School, and Zhejiang Hongda Nanxun School Primary School won the top three of the primary school group A team; Quansheng Primary School, Jiuguan Primary School, and Xunxi Primary School won the top three of the primary school group B team; Shuanglin No. 2 Middle School, Yucai Middle School, Hongtang Primary School, Linghu Experimental Primary School Education Group Qianjin Primary School won the Sportsmanship Award.
The holding of this year's Games is not only a review of the sports work of schools in Nanxun District, the sports quality and spiritual outlook of teachers and students, but also a comprehensive embodiment of the fighting spirit, team awareness and sports level of the participating schools, and has achieved a double harvest of sports achievements and spiritual civilization.
