Ma Chi has successively won the honorary titles of "Outstanding Communist Party Member" of Xi'an Chengguan Bureau, "Excellent Communist Party Member" of Chang'an District Chengguan Bureau, "Outstanding Cleaner of Chang'an District Chengguan Bureau" in 2018, 2014 Advanced Worker of Chang'an District Urban Appearance and Garden Bureau, "Love and Dedication to Work" Chang'an Good Man in the first quarter of 2019, and "Chang'an Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2020. In May 2020, he led the cleaning team to successfully win the honorary title of "Youth Civilization" in Chang'an District of the Communist Youth League.
Since joining the work in November 2010, Ma Chi has been sticking to the front line of sanitation, responsible for cleaning and cleaning 54 roads and 3.19 million square meters of roads in the area under the jurisdiction of Guo Du Sanitation Station.

He led the cleaning team to carry out the urban "big scrubbing" model, and regularly washed and scrubbed various urban furniture such as pedestrian guardrails, convenient seats, station signs, fruit skin boxes, tool boxes, etc. in the jurisdiction area to ensure that the road environmental sanitation in the jurisdiction was thoroughly cleaned.
Ma Chi led the work assessment team, grasped the regional environmental sanitation, insisted on going deep into the front line of the jurisdiction every day, inspected the environmental sanitation rectification situation, and actively coordinated rectification and reform for the problems found in the inspection. At the same time, the water team is required to increase the intensity of pollution control and haze reduction, and the vehicles are required to achieve mechanized cleaning, fine cleaning, carpet vacuuming, fixed-time cleaning, and all-round sprinkling of "five-in-one" road cleaning to ensure that the environmental health of the main and secondary roads in the region is clean and tidy, and to reduce road dust pollution.
Since serving as deputy station chief, Ma Chi has continued to adhere to the responsibility of building a "sanitation iron army" and the pursuit of "great love for sanitation and great beauty and chang'an", showing the excellent qualities of sanitation people who are particularly able to endure hardships and fight, and write the glory of sanitation people on ordinary roads that "would rather be dirty than one person being clean".
