At that time, I didn't worry too much about how fat I would grow.

After the birth of the child more than seven pounds, remember the child was born eighteen days after the birth of the hospital to show the child the repair of the umbilical cord. I took another test on the same scale at the hospital and it showed 120 pounds. The child's breast milk, my own mother took care of my confinement, but also every day to think of the law to feed a variety of nutritious meals. Forty days after the confinement, my mother returned to Chongqing to work, I was alone in the north, the child's father was busy, and everything needed to be done by myself. I remember that in the summer of 2008, about October, I weighed back to 105 pounds.

Later around 105 years of weight remained for three years. By 2011, he suffered a heavy blow in his life, divorced the father of the child, and returned to Chongqing from the north with the child. At that time, it was very painful and wandering, and my parents and family were very distressed, and they made all their love and heartache for me to eat. Because I didn't have the heart to manage my weight or anything, I didn't care at all, and in a year, my weight soared to 125 pounds. It wasn't until 2013 that I started deciding to lose weight, and in those two years I realized that losing weight was really not so easy. Every morning at 5:30 a.m., after getting up, washing up and eating a simple breakfast, I take my own lunch box with me, leave home at about 6:40, walk to the park for an hour, and then walk for half an hour to work. After work in the afternoon, I walked home from work and did not eat dinner for two years, when I was strongly protested by my family, worried that my body would collapse if I did not eat dinner. Resist all the opinions, two years to lose weight to about 110 pounds, that time is really not easy. From 14 to 18 years, the weight is in the range of 110-105. In the past two years, although the weight is not too heavy, I was born with a big skeleton, or some fat, and began to control my weight deliberately, and now I weigh about 100 pounds.

The weight loss experience of these years is: try to insist on more exercise, choose the exercise method that is easy to stick to. I can't run myself, I don't have the perseverance, I choose to walk, I have time to walk 5 kilometers a day. Two control diet, eat seven or eight points full of each meal, if you feel hungry in the middle, you can eat a few nuts. Eat some meat every day, and then eat more vegetarian dishes, vegetarian dishes are rich in dietary fiber, which helps the metabolism of middle-aged people. Third, if you occasionally indulge your stomach, don't give up on this, you must stop and remind yourself in time, or you will really fall short, and it is easy to gain weight. The fourth is to sit or lie down, can stand on the stand, I watch TV at home as much as possible to stand, slowly have become my habits of life, I take the subway for an hour or two, if not unwell, even if there is a position I will stand.
