At this year's two sessions, I brought two suggestions.
First, we hope to build a unified youth data platform across the country. The platform may include data on the distribution of juvenile delinquency ages, data on the distribution of national trends among street children, distribution of left-behind children, and data on changes. At the same time, the construction of the data platform should reasonably determine the self-selected statistical projects in different regions to fully grasp the direction of policy adjustment and regulatory revision. Data platforms should be shared among relevant units involved in the protection of minors' rights and interests, and relevant early warning systems should be established.
Second, the issue of sexual abuse of minors needs urgent attention. In response to the problem of sexual assault, I summarized six countermeasures: First, to enhance the legal awareness of minors and their guardians; The second is to give schools, village residents' committees, hospitals and other units the obligation to report, focusing on the investigation of minors going to hospitals for abortions; The third is to improve the supervision and management of the teaching team; Fourth, civil affairs departments should build an effective rescue mechanism; Fifth, a social linkage mechanism to prevent minors from being sexually assaulted should be established; Sixth, other management departments should issue relevant regulations to form a situation of comprehensive management and containment of sexual assault.
