The transformation of old residential areas is an important means to improve the quality of the city and an important starting point for improving the happiness index of the masses. The special work class should give full play to its overall role in taking the lead, strengthen overall planning and coordination, continue to adhere to and improve the system of daily reports and weekly regular meetings, study and solve difficulties and problems encountered in the promotion of work in a timely manner, continue to do a good job in docking with relevant departments at higher levels, and actively strive for policy-oriented financial support; the district housing and construction bureau, as the leading unit, should further consolidate work responsibilities, increase supervision and guidance, and speed up the progress of work under the premise of ensuring safety and quality; all towns (streets) and communities should play a territorial role and continue to fully support and cooperate with the transformation work To implement the work deadline, the first batch of transformation should be fully completed in mid-November, the second batch should increase manpower and mechanical investment to ensure that it is completed in stages in mid-November; it is necessary to fully respect public opinion, on the basis of widely soliciting residents' opinions, focus on solving the problems that residents are most concerned about, the most urgent, and most hope to solve, and go all out to build the old residential areas into high-quality projects that are convenient for the people and benefit the people; we must strengthen communication and coordination, implement the docking with the three supply units and other departments, and at the same time do a good job in the heating work of credit suisse community. All relevant departments should seize the favorable opportunity, deeply understand and apply the reform policy, focus on ten major industry areas such as network freight, commerce and trade, and catering, system integration, expansion and file, cultivate industrial supply chain platforms, and promote the in-depth integration of platform economy and industry; they should deeply practice the concept of "service is the sea", improve service quality, create an excellent approval environment, simplify work processes, shorten the time limit for processing, improve approval efficiency, take multiple measures at the same time, promote the rapid development of the platform economy in Jincheng Urban Area, and build a "dual core" for the city.
