In order to strengthen the cooperation and exchange between schools and enterprises, on the morning of September 29, the school-enterprise cooperation symposium between our school and Linyi Interior Designers Association was held in the innovation studio of the wood processing training workshop. On behalf of the college, President Xiang expressed a warm welcome to the visitors of Linyi Interior Designers Association, and introduced the basic situation of the wood processing profession and the direction of talent training in our institute, and Liu Jian, member of the party committee and vice president, introduced the current situation of the wood industry of our institute, hoping to accelerate the depth and breadth of cooperation between the college and enterprises. General Manager Zhu Zhongyong of federal furniture introduced the enterprise overview, development process, production technology and based on professionalism, Shang Qiuyu, Yang Tao, Zhang Yuanchao and other enterprise leaders from the talent upgrade, technology upgrade, industrial upgrade and management upgrade respectively made a discussion speech, and expressed the needs of enterprises for technical talents, sales talents and service talents, and finally Chairman Chen Hongyu suggested that students should participate in the cultivation of talents during the school period.
The participants from both sides discussed the ways, forms and contents of school-enterprise cooperation and reached a preliminary consensus. After the meeting, President Xiang invited a group of people from Linyi Interior Designers Association to visit the professional construction workshop of wood processing in our institute, and cordially expressed his hope to reach cooperation with the enterprise as soon as possible.
This symposium effectively promoted the construction of wood processing majors in our institute, further clarified the direction and mode of talent training, and laid a good foundation for the school-enterprise cooperation in the construction of wood processing majors in our institute.
