It is understood that East Huangshan International Town is adjacent to the Huangshan Scenic Area and taiping Lake Scenic Area, located in Anhui Province", "two mountains and one lake" (Huangshan, Jiuhua Mountain, Taiping Lake), known as the "East Gate of Huangshan Mountain". Youyou Lake Cultural Tourism Block is located in the core area of East Huangshan International Town, with a total area of about 90,000 square meters and a total construction area of about 25,000 square meters of commercial streets.
Construction of East Huangshan International Town began in 2018, developed by UCD, through the excavation of various folk crafts in ancient Huizhou, integrated into contemporary art installations, to create a characteristic commercial block and quality life settlement at the foot of Huangshan Mountain that integrates culture, vacation and leisure. UCD said that this is the primary project of Huangshan City to implement the strategy of the Anhui Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government to build an international cultural tourism demonstration zone in southern Anhui and promote the large-scale development of the eastern part of the Huangshan Mountains, and it is also an important step for Beijing Urban Construction to fully participate in regional investment and construction. According to the data, UCD was formerly known as beijing urban construction design and research institute founded in 1958, which is a science and technology engineering company that provides professional services for urban construction.
It is understood that the East Huangshan International Town Yo-Yo Lake Cultural Tourism Block gets inspiration from the legend of "Li Bai Qiu", with "Bird" as the IP, and relevant artistic images can be seen everywhere. The neighborhood also invited four famous domestic artists to bring four art installations, namely the Time Tower, The Translation Heart Island, the Floating Island of the Ostrich, and the White Paradise of Spinning Wood. Among them, Yixin Island is located at the end of the Lake Center Boardwalk and is the core punch card on the water. The red Yixin Island looks like a heart, and when viewed from the lake, it looks like a water droplet floating on the surface of the lake. Sensors and built-in programs are placed in the work to interact with the lights by sensing people's steps, speeds and sounds.
At present, the first phase of the hotel group in the Cultural Tourism Block is composed of mercure Huangshan Dongmen Hotel and Buduguang Art Hotel, with a total of 163 rooms, close to the main road. Among them, the biggest highlight of Mercure Huangshan Dongmen Hotel is the Time Tower, which is 48 meters high and has 9 floors, each floor is equipped with a separate 360-degree luxury suite with a view; In addition, the first phase of the hotel group of the cultural tourism block is also equipped with a large multi-functional conference center, Chinese and Western restaurants and diversified formats to meet the needs of leisure vacations, sports recuperation, business meetings and various activities.
