The 1968 Mustang GT Fastback from the movie "Police Net King Kong" sold at auction for $3.7 million, equivalent to 25.37 million yuan, the most expensive Mustang ever.
The classic coupe was the only surviving of two 1968 Ford Mustangs used in the film, which was bought by an employee of Warner Bros. after the auction film was completed. The employee drove the car again after a year.
