Up to now, a total of 431 parking spaces have been launched in the district, exceeding 60% of the target total.

Cai Hong, deputy director of the Xinyuan Community Neighborhood Committee of Anting Town, introduced that the parking space ratio of the Tingjiayuan Community is about 1:0.6, and the supporting line parking spaces are only 430, and there are now nearly 700 registered vehicles, and the parking contradiction is prominent. "Demand is greater than supply, and contradictions will inevitably arise, which will also bring certain pressure to our daily work."
In June this year, the parking lot of the Anting Town Community Affairs Acceptance Center at the intersection of Xinyuan Road and Minfeng Road was completed and opened, with a total of 230 parking spaces. Considering that the parking lot is only 50 meters away from the Heting Jiayuan community, under the coordination of the District Transportation Commission, the Anting Town Urban Construction Office and other units, the parking lot management side took out 100 parking spaces for the residents of the community to park at night, and gave parking fee concessions. "Parking spaces open to the public cost 1,800 yuan a year, and for 1,300 yuan a year for residents of our community." Cai Hong introduced.
Gao Bin, a staff member of the Jiading District Traffic Committee, introduced that Jiading mainly alleviates parking problems through parking governance pilot projects and new public parking spaces. This year, Jiading has completed three comprehensive parking treatment projects in the north of Liyuan Second Village, the east of Liyuan Second Village and the People's Community, with about 300 new berths. The proton center of Ruijin Hospital and the parking lot of Minfeng Road were newly built, and 2 public parking lots were built, with a total of 331 new parking spaces. In addition, the public parking lot of the Jiading New Town Health Company Headquarters Project has also begun construction, and 100 new public parking spaces will be added after completion.
"Next year, Jiading District will also carry out comprehensive management of parking spaces in 3 communities to further alleviate the parking difficulties of citizens." Gao Bin said.
