The final version of Mario Kart 8 will land on the Nintendo Switch on April 28, adding characters, vehicles, and featured modes from previous generations of Mario Kart to the existing game. Players will be able to take all of Mario Kart 8's fun with them.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition adds five new characters, namely Male and Female Ink Dolls, King Boo, Skeleton Turtle, and Little Kuba. With a total of 42 characters to choose from, Mario Kart is the most character-playing generation in history. The Deluxe Edition also features a new racing car inspired by Jet Warrior. The game also adds several new skills that can store two item items at the same time, and can bounce some item items. The game also added smart turning operation options, in short, the new content makes the original classic work more complete.
The biggest selling point of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition is the drastically changed battle mode, all of which now support both networked multiplayer and local multiplayer, and 8 battle tracks that can correspond to a variety of different mode rules.
Renegade Roundup: Rebel Hunt - First in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition, one team needs to capture and jail the entire team of another team within a allotted time. Pursued teams can break into the prison and press the corresponding button to rescue their teammates.
Balloon Battle: Balloon Wars - Classic old mode where players break enemies behind balloons to score.
Bob-omb Blast: Blast - The first of Mario Kart: Double Impact, players throw bombs at each other.
Coin Runners: Coin Race - Pioneer in Mario Kart Wii, players collect as many coins as possible. Shine Thief: Flash Snitch - Two teams search for and compete for hidden Flash Sprites, and teams that maintain control for up to 20 win.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition also has a wealth of multiplayer options, with landline mode supporting local 4 players (requires an additional gamepad), handheld mode supporting local two-player battles, removing the handle half of one person, and turning the handheld upside down head-to-head split-screen. In network mode, online or LAN supports up to 12 people online battle (requires an additional handle), and a Switch in LAN mode can bring two players. Multiplayer racing has never been so joyful, and as long as the number of Switch consoles and controllers is sufficient, there will be almost no embarrassing situation where someone can only watch and cannot play.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Edition will debut on the Nintendo Switch on April 28 for $59.99. The handles of a set of Joy-Con handles sell for $14.99 individually
