However, because of the young age and the language barrier, the Zhuke family had difficulty getting along with their fellow villagers in their early days. To this end, he painstakingly learned the Dai language for a period of time, and followed his fellow villagers to learn how to do farm work. There is a mountain near the Mengpao production team, and there is a production team called the Ai Ling people on the mountain. Every time the people who love the Ling people come down the mountain, they always meet the Zhu Ke family, and they gradually become friends with each other. Later, the Zhu ke family learned from the mouths of the Ai Ling people that there was originally a primary school in the Ai Ling village, but because the teachers who had been invited could not stand the harsh living environment, there were still fifty or sixty school-age children who had dropped out of school at home. After hearing the news, the Zhu Ke family did not say a word, and took the initiative to ask to be transferred to the AiLing production team with more difficult conditions.

After coming to the Ailing production team, in addition to serving as primary school teachers and teaching these children in the Ailing language, zhu Kejia also tried to help the local villagers improve their living conditions.
