The "Zhao Jiao" in Mo Yingping's mouth is none other than Zhao Rong, a police officer at the Jingxi City Public Security Bureau Detention Center. In July 1995, Zhao Rong joined the public security work. In the past 26 years since he joined the police, he has always been full of enthusiasm and dare to take responsibility, and has successively worked in the Nanpo, Tongde, Xinwei, Peimeng, Ludong police stations, and Jingxi City Detention Center of the Jingxi City Public Security Bureau, and has served as deputy director and instructor of the police station.
On May 24, 2021, when Zhao Rong, who had been working for 8 consecutive days, was performing fully enclosed duties in the detention center, he suddenly fell ill, and after the rescue was ineffective and died in the line of duty, his life was forever fixed at the age of 48, dedicated to the job he loved.

In August 2019, the Rongtong Mud Drainage Reservoir of Guangxi Huayin Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd. was blasted during the construction process, resulting in different degrees of damage to the houses of the people in Rongtongtun, Dajin Village, Luzhi Town, Jingxi City, and the two sides have been "at odds" on the issue of compensation.
When the masses of Nongtong saw that the house was damaged, they were anxious in their hearts, and for three days they went to the construction site of the Nongtong Mud Drainage Reservoir to obstruct and block the work, which affected the construction progress of the enterprise, caused great economic losses, and the contradiction between the masses and the enterprise became more and more intense.
Zhao Rong, who was then an instructor at the Ludong police station, learned of the situation, did not say a word, took the initiative to ask for help, took the lead, went deep into the scene to do the ideological work of the masses, and listened to the voices of the masses and the expectations of the enterprises. At this critical juncture, Zhao Rong stepped forward, disregarding his personal safety, holding fire fighting tools, and throwing himself into the fire fighting with the masses. After more than an hour of fighting hard, the fire was finally extinguished and another big loss was avoided. At this time, Zhao Rong's face was dark and dark, and he was sweating profusely.
In order to do a good job in the aftermath of the tun people, early the next morning, Zhao Rong came to Nong Yuan Tun again, helped the victims build a simple wooden shed for them to live temporarily, and also donated money to the victims out of his own pocket to let the victims tide over the difficulties.
