A Cao Cao

Cao Cao (155 – March 15, 220) was a native of Peiguo County (沛国谯县, in modern Bozhou, Anhui). Outstanding statesman, military, writer, calligrapher, poet. At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, he was the founder of Cao Wei.
