Zhao Zhao, deputy to the National People's Congress, employee of Yamin Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. in Nanyang City, Henan Province.

Tied with a ponytail, no powder, the beautiful and handsome appearance can not hide the simple and thick character. This is the first impression of Zhao Zhao, a post-80s woman.

Compared with other post-80s women, Zhao Zhao is an "alternative", she does not love the prosperity of the city, does not love the fashionable clothing, born in the countryside and grew up in the countryside to jump over the dragon gate, but in 2008 made a decision that made everyone unbelievable: gave up the superior work in the city, returned to the rural hometown and willingly became a "cow boy".

"At that time, I was 24 years old, I had no technology, I had no funds, I just went back with a heart that was not afraid of setbacks, not only did outsiders not have a good look, but even my parents and friends were firmly opposed." But Zhao Zhao quickly used his own practical actions to make the cold eyes of the people around him send out a look of expectation. At first, there were only forty or fifty cows, and she and her husband designed their own barn of two or three hundred square meters. Without understanding breeding and disease prevention, she borrowed all the books in the library about cattle breeding and taught herself at night.

There is a tradition of cattle breeding in the local countryside, and there are many free-range farmers in the village. In 2011, Zhao Zhao came up with the idea of establishing a cooperative. She brought in experts from Xi'an to dispense feed according to local conditions, and villagers can buy it at cost. In 2015, Zhao Zhao established Yamin Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., the original cowshed has become 6 standardized barns, and then transferred 1200 acres of land, hosted 2000 acres of surrounding farmers' land, with an annual output value of more than 40 million yuan and a profit of nearly 2 million yuan.

"There are many left-behind women and the elderly in the village, and in terms of employment, I give them priority because they especially need someone else to pull them." Zhao Zhao introduced that through financial and industrial assistance, the company allows villagers to participate in the dividends of shares, and poor households with technical ability can earn more than 20,000 yuan a year.

"Although the cooperative has developed, it lacks the intellectual support of its partners and faces loan problems." Zhao Zhao clearly remembers the scene when he applied for the first loan and cried with joy. "At present, the difficulty of cooperatives and even agricultural loans is a common problem." Accordingly, she called for the professionalization of farmers' identities, and suggested that measures for the identification of professional farmers be introduced, and local governments can formulate detailed rules according to actual conditions. The identity of professional farmers can be refined into management type, technical talent type, broker type, in order to serve as an effective certificate of loan and promote the solution of loan difficulties. "That's why our company is called 'Yamin', which is the original intention." Zhao Zhao said.

Speaking of the rural revitalization strategy that the country is vigorously implementing, Zhao Zhao is particularly excited. "The most important thing about rural revitalization is people." From returning to her hometown to start a business, starting a company, to being elected as a deputy to the National People's Congress, Zhao Zhao's eyes have always been on farmers, and she has always called herself a professional farmer. "I want to change people's stereotypes of farmers, who used to have a very backward look of 'facing the loess with their backs to the sky'. Now farmers 'hold the steering wheel in their hands, look at the dashboard, the Beidou opens the sky eye, and the agricultural machinery crosses the clouds'. Therefore, she called on more young people with ideas, ability, courage and responsibility to return to their hometowns to start a business and devote themselves to rural revitalization.

Speaking of specific suggestions, Zhao Zhao hopes that the state will cultivate more new professional farmers through top-level design and unified planning. At the same time, supervise and urge the implementation of the grass-roots level. "To promote the professionalization of farmers, we can explore setting a professional and technical standard for farmers, just like doctors and teachers, with certificates and levels." Zhao Zhao said.
