Black water fly treatment scheme for kitchen waste:
Step 1: Adults maintain a high-density population of black waterflies in the solar chamber, regulate suitable temperature and humidity, plant shrubs and flowers, and provide a good habitat for adults;
Step 2: Egg collection With a special egg laying trap, collect the desired eggs daily;
Step 3: Incubation Hatching into young larvae under strictly controlled temperature, humidity and light conditions;
Step 4: Feeding The larvae are reared with semi-artificial feed to 3 years old, and the healthy-developing, neatly day-old larvae are distributed to the food waste biological treatment station.

Step 7: Digestion and Treatment The unit treatment tray is fed 60 kg per day, but the processing cycle of each batch of black water fly larvae is only 3 days, that is, the treatment plate is emptied every 3 days, and the new 3-year-old larvae are pre-filled.
Step 8: Pre-maturation The mixture cleared from the treatment tray includes underutilized garbage residues and not yet fully mature black water fly larvae, so it is uniformly sent to the wooden box in the separation workshop for pre-ripening for 2-3 days.
Step 9: Separation A part of the pre-matured black water fly mature larvae are sent to the breeding center, to be feathered to replenish the number of adult insects, most of the mature larvae are separated by mechanical devices, the separated larvae are cleaned and dried for the deep processing of insect powder, and the rest of the treatment residue is dried, crushed and added to the beneficial microorganisms, which are directly packaged and sold as feed.
