However, through research, we believe that the forest health care industry is still in the initial stage of development, and there are still some problems. In view of this, at this year's two sessions, Wu Zhiming, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and chairman of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, plans to submit the "Proposal on Promoting the High-quality Development of the Forest Rehabilitation Industry" to the conference.

Wu Zhiming found through investigation that there are the following problems in the current forest health care industry: First, the organizational guarantee and policy support are not enough; The second is the lack of systematic industry standards; Third, there is a shortage of professional talents; Fourth, fiscal and financial support is insufficient. To this end, he makes four suggestions:

First of all, increase organizational safeguards and policy support. Adhere to the planning first, incorporate forest rehabilitation into the scope of the national economic and social development plan, prepare a national forest health development plan as soon as possible, and promote the development and reform, natural resources, forestry and grassland and relevant departments to introduce targeted support policies and supporting measures as soon as possible. In particular, increase support for the supply of land and other factor resources and infrastructure support. At the same time, standardize the behavior of the forest health market and promote the construction of a creditworthiness system.

Second, promote the deep integration of science and technology and industry. He built a "government-industry-university-research-application" in-depth cooperation model and innovation platform, guided multidisciplinary and cross-field experts to carry out cooperative research, and established a collaborative innovation mechanism with forest health management departments and enterprises. Rely on universities to establish key laboratories for forest rehabilitation research and physiological and psychological testing service institutions, and promote the inclusion of forest health related research into major national scientific research projects. Vigorously excavate the connotation of forest culture, explore and carry out forest experience, Confucian and Taoist culture, traditional Chinese medicine culture and natural research and education, and improve the public's comprehensive understanding of the health and wellness function of forests. Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, actively learn from Germany's advanced experience in incorporating forest health care into the publicly-funded medical system, create a number of forest health care think tanks with international influence, and promote the high-quality development of the forest health care industry.

Third, increase the intensity of cultivating professional talents. Actively explore cooperation with resident scientific research institutions to carry out talent training, support colleges and vocational schools to build forest health-related disciplines and majors, and add practical courses. At the same time, according to the conditions of various provinces and provinces, through the holding of various training courses, strengthen the study of forest health, medical and health care, health care and other professional knowledge, carry out the training of forest health care teachers and ecological education explainers, and improve the service quality and level of forest health care. "In addition, the forest rehabilitation industry can be included in the compulsory content of the training course for party and government cadres, and the party and government leading cadres at all levels can enhance their understanding and attention to the forest health care industry." Wu Zhiming said.

Finally, improve fiscal and financial support policies. Further improve the implementation of various financial and financial support policies, increase the cultivation of major projects and key customers for forest rehabilitation, further give play to the exemplary and leading role of policy and development finance, and promote the inclusion of forest rehabilitation in the list of national policy-oriented financial institutions and key support projects of financial institutions.
