Palestinian salad Fatuch practice

Salad Material:

Bread number (Arabic pocket bread,

Toast bread, or Tortilla)

Cut into or tore into slices

1/2 cup olive oil

2 cloves of garlic, minced garlic

1 lemon, juiced

2 scoops of chopped parsley leaves

2 scoops of chopped mint leaves

1 purple onion, shredded

5 tomatoes, seeded and cut into 1-2 cm cubes

1 cucumber, cut into 1-2 cm cubes

2 bell peppers (color awful)

Remove the seeds and cut into 1-2 cm cubes

Production process:

1: Preheat the oven to 190 degrees, brush the prepared bread slices with oil and bake on the paper on the baking tray for 10-15 minutes. If you don't like to use the oven, you can use vegetable oil to fry the bread until golden brown and drain it.

2: Mix the garlic puree, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and mint in a large salad bowl and stir well.

3: Then add the onion, cucumber, tomato and chili pepper and stir well.

4: Before serving to the table, put the toasted bread slices on the surface and stir slightly when eating.

This salad can be served with grilled meat or grilled fish, and the bread is crisp and vegetabley, and the taste is very charming. And I like to use it as my staple food, just eat this vegetable-rich salad with bread, which is already a good meal.
