In the first two courses, Mr. Shum taught the neighbors how to make "cheese beef burger", "potato salad", "garlic cream bacon spaghetti" and "grilled garlic chicken wings". Mr. Cen's exquisite cooking skills and eloquence make the content of the two lessons very exciting.

In the third class held today, Mr. Shum taught the neighbors how to make "fragrant mushroom soup" and "sausage broccoli eggplant sauce spaghetti". Sausage broccoli tomato sauce spaghetti

material:

2 cloves of garlic, 50g of onion, 50g of sausage, 100g of broccoli, 250g of spaghetti, 5g of basil leaves, 20g of parmesan cheese powder, 400g/can of peeled tomatoes, salt and black pepper to taste

method:

Fragrant mushroom soup

Ingredients: 300g of white mushrooms, 300g of fresh shiitake mushrooms, 150g of shredded onion, 10g of thyme, 100ml of cream, 20g of butter, salt to taste

1, onion shredded, mushrooms and mushrooms one open two;

2, medium heat pot, melt the butter, add onion shreds and fry thoroughly, add mushrooms and shiitake mushrooms stir-fry fragrant, add thyme stir-fry, add water to cover the mushrooms and cook for 30 minutes;

Teacher Cen said.

"I came specifically to attend this cooking class. I think the teacher has the taste of teaching, and the teaching process is very attractive and patient. I tried to cook it once when I went home after the first class, but considering my husband's physical condition, I cut the amount of mushrooms in half, replaced the reduced mushrooms with tomatoes, and improved them into a healthier, more suitable dish.
