Step 5: After cooking for about 10 minutes, uncover the lid, fish out the potatoes to control the moisture, then pour it into the pot, turn it evenly with a spatula, then cover the pot, boil it again, continue to simmer for 20 minutes, cook until there is not much soup left, uncover the lid, pour in a little water starch, collect the juice on high heat, and thicken the soup to get out of the pot and plate!
