
【Ingredients】
20 chicken wings
1/4 teaspoon. salt
Crushed pepper
1 tablespoon. oyster sauce
2 shallots, finely chopped
1 thumb ginger, half a slice and half a cube
1/2 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
1 whole garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons. Cooking oil, divided
【Sauce】
1 tablespoon. Chinese Shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp. Light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp. Black soy sauce
2 tablespoons. oyster sauce
2 teaspoons. sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon. Ground black pepper
【Description】
Pat the chicken wings dry. Cut a few lines on either side of the chicken wings. Add salt, pepper, oyster sauce, ginger and green onion. Stir well, set aside for 15 minutes in a small bowl and mix all the ingredients together. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to a saucepan and fry the wings for 2-3 minutes until the surface of the wings is slightly yellowish. Prepare a clay pot or hot pot, add a tablespoon of cooking oil and sauté the garlic, ginger and green onion until fragrant. Put the onions and bell peppers in. Then place the chicken wings on top one by one and drizzle with the sauce. Close the lid and simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
