8. Fold the ends of the dough in half, press flattened and put in the date paste filling, and wrap it in the mouth.

9. Use the palm of your hand to flatten the dough in the shape of a pancake and cut 4 holes with a knife.

12. Decorate the middle with some sesame seeds, or red marks.

13. Preheat the oven and heat up and down at 180 degrees celsius for about 25 minutes.
