The above-mentioned acts of the parties constituted an illegal act of arranging for persons who had not obtained health certificates to engage in work of contacting food for direct consumption, and the Daye Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of RMB 5,000 on the parties in accordance with the law and ordered them to correct the illegal acts.

The Daye branch of a catering management company in Wuhan deals in a case of food processed with food raw materials that have exceeded the shelf life
On January 5, 2021, the law enforcement personnel of the Daye Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau inspected the business premises of the Daye Branch of a catering management company in Wuhan, and saw 1 bottle of "Lee Kum Kee Steamed Fish Soy Sauce" on its kitchen operation table, which had been opened, and at the same time saw 2 bottles of the same batch of products in the food warehouse; in addition, there were 4 bags of "Fat Fried Lobster Seasoning", 2 bags of "Carbon Grilled Bamboo Shoot Tip" and 5 pieces of "Farmhouse Pot" in the warehouse, and the above food raw materials have exceeded the shelf life, and law enforcement officers have seized them according to law.

A hotel in Daye City published a false advertisement case of "Ban Fishing on the Yangtze River"
On September 28, 2020, when the law enforcement personnel of the Daye Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau carried out the special inspection of the "Yangtze River Fish Ban", they found that the parties' menus were marked with the words "River Fish One Pot Fresh" and "Wild Turtle", but the parties could not provide the source and relevant proof of the purchase of "River Fish" or "Wild Turtle" for their relevant dishes. After investigation, when providing catering services, the so-called "river fish" and "wild turtles" used by the parties were actually carp and turtles from artificial aquaculture, not the "river fish" and "wild turtles" advertised by the parties.
The above-mentioned acts of the parties constitute the illegal act of publishing false advertisements. The Daye Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau ordered the parties concerned to immediately stop publishing the false advertisements involved in the case, eliminate the impact within the corresponding scope, and imposed an administrative penalty of a fine of 10,000 yuan.
