Zheng Hua worked in the Minqing County Public Security Bureau for 15 years, and was long separated from his family in Fuzhou. "My wife and I are only children, and the 4 elderly people and 2 children in the family are taken care of by my wife alone."
Among the Fuzhou police, there are many cases of husband and wife living apart like Zheng Hua, but job transfer has always been an "old and difficult" problem.
