Huang Shoupeng, secretary of the town party committee, and Huang Yinping, deputy mayor of the town, also advanced 5,000 yuan as a house construction fund. At the same time, they contacted the local construction team to come to the construction. After the house was built, the cadres of Lianhua Town helped Qiu Xiuhong buy furniture such as household appliances and sofas.

Since the launch of poverty alleviation cooperation in Guangdong and Guangdong, Xinzhou Village has been active in the poverty alleviation cadres of the two provinces and regions. At the same time, we will strive for poverty alleviation funds of 10.825 million yuan, build 51 infrastructure projects, develop 4 village collective economic projects, and increase the village collective economic income from 0.5 million yuan in 2016 to 150,000 yuan.

In accordance with the requirements of the counterpart support work of the east-west poverty alleviation cooperation, Zhaoping County and Dinghu District innovated the assistance model, explored the industrial "hematopoietic" model, achieved full coverage of paired assistance in deeply impoverished villages, and accurately tracked the whole process of the assistance project, so as to normalize the "labor cooperation and employment assistance".

In recent years, Dinghu District has sent a total of 52 units to establish a paired support relationship with 57 poor villages in Zhaoping County, investing more than 10 million yuan to promote the development of poor villages in various ways such as equity participation, joint operation or "enclave" economy. The experience and practice of pairing up between the two places to provide full coverage has been promoted nationwide by the National Poverty Alleviation Office as an innovative and advanced model for many times. On May 9 this year, the autonomous region approved Zhaoping County's withdrawal from the list of poverty-stricken counties. The Guangdong-Guangdong Poverty Alleviation Cooperation has played an important role in the journey of "removing the hat" in Zhaoping County.
