At the scene of the event, Xie Guowen, deputy chief physician of the emergency department of the hospital, combined with actual cases, explained in detail the first aid knowledge such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Heimlich first aid, pediatric tracheal foreign body first aid, etc., so that everyone was deeply aware of the importance and timeliness of first aid, how to judge the injured person's vital signs at the first time and how to carry out timely and effective on-site rescue to save the life of the injured person to the greatest extent.
Subsequently, Yang Yidan, director of the Clinical Skills Training Center of Central Hospital, demonstrated standard CPR and introduced in detail the use of automated external defibrillator (AED) and precautions. Wang Xurong, chief nurse of the 120 emergency station, and the first responders gave a detailed explanation and teaching demonstration on the four techniques (hemostasis, bandaging, fixation, and handling) of the four technologies (hemostasis, bandaging, fixation, and handling) of adult and infant airway foreign body obstruction.
After the class, the participants in the training team under the guidance of the instructor training team on the first aid knowledge training content in the class one by one practical exercises, after repeated practice, everyone mastered several commonly used first aid techniques and all successfully passed the assessment, the operation and the theoretical examination of the qualified trainers can get the Hunan Emergency Medical Rescue Training Center issued by the certificate of conformity.
It is reported that on May 11, the training team of the first aid knowledge instructor of the central hospital also walked into the Hongshandian Health Center in Shuangfeng County to carry out the training activity of "on-site rescue - first witness action". Next, the team will continue to carry out relevant activities in grass-roots hospitals to help grass-roots hospitals improve their emergency capabilities, which will play a positive role in promoting the improvement of regional medical service capabilities.
