Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has placed the gradual realization of common prosperity for all the people in an important position, taken effective measures to ensure and improve people's livelihood, won the battle against poverty, and built a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, which has created good conditions for promoting common prosperity.
The criterion of common prosperity can be summed up as three "more". The first is the large number of people, and common prosperity is the prosperity of the entire people, not the prosperity of a small number of people; the second is the abundance of content, and common prosperity means that the people's material and spiritual lives are rich; the third is that there are many steps, and common prosperity is not uniform egalitarianism, and it is necessary to promote common prosperity in stages.
In terms of the method of achieving common prosperity, the meeting clearly proposed that the realization of common prosperity depends on high-quality development and institutional arrangements to achieve the first rich to drive the later rich. To deal with the relationship between efficiency and fairness, income distribution should be more balanced, and grass-roots guarantees should be more accurate. It is necessary to smooth the upward mobility channel, create opportunities for more people to get rich, and form a development environment in which everyone participates. Focus on encouraging leaders who work hard, operate legally, and dare to start a business. Stressing the need to encourage hard work, innovation, and prosperity, and make important arrangements to link the realization of the grand goal of common prosperity with the hard work and wisdom of everyone, it will surely inspire all the people to further radiate their enthusiasm for labor, release their creative potential, and provide a steady stream of powerful impetus for jointly building and sharing common prosperity.
The meeting pointed out that it is necessary to build a basic institutional arrangement for the coordination of primary distribution, redistribution, and tertiary distribution, increase the intensity and accuracy of taxation, social security, transfer payments, etc., expand the proportion of middle-income groups, increase the income of low-income groups, rationally adjust high incomes, ban illegal incomes, and form an olive-shaped distribution structure with large middle and small ends.

From the White Mountains and Black Water to the Southwest Frontier
The September sun warmly spreads over the landscape of Menglian County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. In the next two months, it is the best season for the peanut harvest. Liu Yanan cut off his long fingernails, "As a farmer, I will go to the ground tomorrow to harvest peanuts." She humorously called this move of unloading the "armour" and returning to the field, "doing a line of love and love, and being a farmer." ”
Liu Yanan's family is in Heilongjiang, a girl from an authentic peasant family, "When I was a child, I farmed at home and knew that as long as I sweated with a hoe, I could exchange it for white rice noodles." In order to reduce the burden on the family, the sensible Xiao Yanan has been riding a bicycle to sell popsicles to make money since the sixth grade of primary school, "to ride 24 miles to the township to wholesale popsicles, and then return to the village to sell." This was her first "business", and from then on she would travel back and forth between villages and towns in the summer, earning twenty or thirty yuan every weekend to subsidize her family.
When he went to junior high school and wanted to take a car to study in town, Liu Yanan took this opportunity to go to Wuchang or Harbin City to buy some small goods such as small earrings and small hair clips, and sell them when they were rushing to the market in the countryside. At the age of 15, Yanan began to set up a stall to sell vegetables, "At that time, it was in the city to set up a stall, most of which was the vegetables I grew at home, and some of them were wholesale, and then 5 cents were sold in a pile..." After school, the vegetable stalls were sold, so 5 cents and 8 cents saved enough for all the living expenses and tuition fees.
In 2002, 20-year-old Liu Yanan stayed in Guangzhou to work. She did sales business in a cosmetics company, wearing professional clothes and high heels every day to run between the cities, and talking to professional beauty salons one by one. Blisters often appear on the feet, leaving the calluses that remain to this day. Smart and studious coupled with not afraid of hardship and diligence, Liu Yanan was promoted in the company almost every two months, and at the age of 22, she achieved the position of director, with an annual salary of 150,000 yuan.
If you just stay in this orderly manner, Liu Yanan, who is well-known in the cosmetics industry, can start enjoying life early. "At that time, the career was doing quite well, but the whole person still felt very impetuous... I don't like Guangzhou very much, and I don't think Guangzhou is the kind of place that makes me feel a sense of belonging. ”
It happened that the company sent her to Yunnan to do training for agents, and after the 7-day training, she applied to stay for an extra month... Later, she decided not to leave, but to stay in Yunnan to start a business.
After 2009, Liu Yanan and her friends worked together to do brand consulting services for the agricultural field. In order to understand the customer, she often needs to go deep into the field, and after a long time, she is surprised to find that there is a change in herself: "Slowly, I feel as if I stayed in Kunming for a week, I was uncomfortable, I must run to the countryside ..."
"Yunnan has a power to make people quiet." Later in life, she not only transformed herself from a northeasterner to a Yunnan person, but also completely transformed from the cosmetics fashion industry to the most "soil" agricultural products industry.
Coming from the countryside and returning to the countryside. From the white mountains and black waters to the southwest border, she went around in a big circle, and it seemed that she still did not have a relationship with the land. Is it fate? No one knows.
Liu Yanan herself would not know that fate had arranged an encounter for her ahead.
Peanuts and life like no other
"A second ago, it was still a day ago, and suddenly it started to rain for no reason, and we drove to the Dai sister who was hiding from the rain under the eaves of the roadside." In the fall of 2012, on her way from Xishuangbanna to Menglian County, Liu Yanan met a Dai girl carrying a bamboo basket.
After getting into the car, the girl grabbed a handful of peanuts that had just been dug out of the soil from the bamboo basket and stuffed them into Liu Yanan's hand with the dew. This is a variety that is different from the peanuts that people are commonly known for: the shell is longer, the pattern on the shell is darker, and the girl calls it "fruit peanut". Liu Yanan took a bite, sweet and crisp, and there was a rich and not deliberate milk fragrance.
She was a little surprised, where did this come from? Is it a variety imported from outside? The sister replied to her, this is our local variety of Menglian, the grandmother of the family planted it.
At that moment, fate finally handed Yanan an irresistible olive branch. For more than two years, I can't remember how many mountains I have turned over, from tropical to subtropical, from high mountains to river valleys, all over Yunnan Prefecture, especially the more than 40 plateau characteristic agricultural counties, Liu Yanan has conducted in-depth investigation and research, from Pu'er tea, Yunnan small grain coffee to Anning Eighth Street flowers, from Dali walnuts, Lincang brown sugar to Shangri-La matsutake mushrooms, but has not found products that make her heart move.
In the end, on the mountain road to Menglian County, she met the "treasure" that she was destined to do her best to care for.
After returning to Kunming, Liu Yanan immediately sent peanuts to Guangzhou for testing. The results of the test surprised her even more, compared with ordinary peanuts, this characteristic peanut nutritional value is more abundant, containing anthocyanins, selenium, polyunsaturated fatty acids, etc., which are extremely beneficial to the human body.
Unfortunately, this peanut is planted in the local area is very small, and the yield is very low, with a yield of only about 80 kilograms per mu. Farmers are reluctant to multiply: it is better to pour some sugarcane corn than to have the strength. In order to persuade farmers to join the Colorful Field Peanut Cooperative, Liu Yanan began to go door-to-door to do work.
"Why are you so stubborn that you can't sell peanuts when you grow them, and how do you live your life?"

After solving their worries, the peasants relaxed and agreed.
Then, they built a seed field in Menglian and, with the help of experts, cultivated their own seeds. "It took me three years to grow the seeds, and then three years to try to find more land suitable for growing colorful field peanuts. It took six years to do the work of laying the foundation. Through their efforts, the peanut planting area in Menglian County has expanded from the original 50 mu to 5,000 mu, and has developed overseas planting in other states and counties in Yunnan and Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, etc. The current planting area has exceeded 50,000 mu, "next year will reach 80,000 mu, but (estimated) it is still in short supply." Liu Yanan said.
At the planting end, Liu Yanan upgraded the traditional "base + farmer" model to the model of "party branch + farmer and poor household + enterprise", the party branch uses organizational management, production coordination and organizational management, farmers are responsible for production, enterprises are responsible for sales, and enterprises also give village collective economic subsidies per ton, interlocking, operation and management more efficient. At present, more than 5,000 households have been supported to establish a file and a card, and more than 10,000 farmers in surrounding townships have been indirectly driven to carry out the planting of peanuts in the colorful wild land with plateau characteristics. Now, as long as you see Liu Yanan, the villagers will affectionately call her "peanut fairy".
Colorful wild peanuts grow quietly in the deep mountains of Southwest china. From the discovery of a different peanut, Liu Yanan spent 7 years to make the little peanut out of Yunnan and out of the country. Nowadays, tens of thousands of acres of wild peanut bases have been established in Pu'er area to supply most of China's north, central and southern China, and the old varieties of Dai characteristics have gone out of the mountains, and everyone has lived a rich life together.
"From 2018 to 2020, we have severally doubled the scale of production and grown very fast. From starting out as a niche, inconspicuous little brand, to forming an industry, this is a qualitative leap for me. Liu Yanan introduced. At the same time, she is also busy as a member of the Standing Committee of the Yunnan Youth Federation, the executive director of the Yunnan Young Entrepreneurs Association, the director of the China Young Entrepreneurs Association, and the entrepreneurial mentor of the Yunnan Youth Yigong Society, providing guiding, professional and practical counseling and help for young entrepreneurs, leading everyone to "create wealth" together. In this way, from the northeast to the southwest, from urban female white-collar workers to agricultural entrepreneurs, in the south of the cloud that is most connected to the "ground", Liu Yanan has embarked on a different life path with different peanuts.
