The story with Teacher Zhang should start from 13 years ago.
At that time, in our small county, everyone did not know what "reading" meant, and their whole life in the mountains was the portrayal of most girls' lives.
In 2008, with the support of the central and government levels at all levels and caring people from all walks of life, Huaping Girls' Senior High School, with Zhang Guimei as the principal, was officially established, which is the first free girls' high school in China. For 13 years, Teacher Zhang's words and deeds have always practiced loyalty, cleanliness and responsibility, highlighting the political nature of an excellent Communist Party member. Around Teacher Zhang, her spirit also spurs me on all the time, to base myself on my own duties, not to forget the original intention, to benchmark advanced, to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, to guide students to understand the preciousness of honesty and practical work, and to unremittingly lead us and students to move forward bravely to help students realize their dreams.
How to learn from role models? We have to start from Teacher Zhang's daily work. Teacher Zhang Guimei believes that Yan Shi can produce high apprentices, and she always practices it. Huaping girls' high school students generally have a poor foundation for enrollment, and high schools must face the reality of reminiscing about the past and learning new; more importantly, it is also necessary to improve students' ideological and moral accomplishment and guide them to establish correct concepts. With three years to complete all this, Teacher Zhang knows that it is absolutely impossible not to pay more and not be strict.
Therefore, this "strict division" demanded that everything be "quickly decided": 5 minutes in the morning to wash up, 10 minutes to read in place, 1 minute to stand in line for 1 minute... Every day at 9:40 a.m., it is the "red recess exercise" time of the girls' high school, and in 20 minutes, the children first collectively recite the "Seven Absolutes for the Female Militia Inscription", and then sing and dance the fitness dance made up of revolutionary songs such as "Red Detachment of Women". She uses strict requirements to change the living habits and attitudes of these girls, and her words and deeds also subtly affect our young teachers.
Teacher Zhang Guimei devoted herself to the noble cause of teaching and educating people, gave great love to students, gave us fire seeds, but left nothing to herself.
She suffers from a variety of diseases, but often overloaded work, with amazing perseverance to overcome the torment of illness, "Some people say that I love my job and dedicate myself, some people say that I am crazy, a seriously ill person, why is there a body sick but not dead?" More bitter than a normal person? Because I have pursuits and convictions, there is a spirit that supports me, that is, the ideals and beliefs of communists. "How sonorous and powerful, how loud! A sense of reverence sprang up in my heart. At the beginning of Huaping Girls' High School, the conditions were extremely difficult. In less than half a year, the first batch of 17 teachers and staff to enter the school went to 9, and the school's teaching work was almost paralyzed, can this school still be run? In the face of doubts, Principal Zhang did not move, and only quietly looked at the teacher's information. Suddenly, her eyes lit up, and 6 of the 8 teachers left behind were party members! What power can make people constantly break through themselves and achieve transcendence? It is the ideal and conviction of communists. President Zhang proposed to use "party building to lead teaching" and create the "five ones" party spirit routine activities, and has always adhered to it: all party members wear the party emblem to work, revisit the oath of joining the party once a week, sing a revolutionary song every week, watch a film of educational significance every week and write about the exchange of after-feelings, and organize theoretical study once a week, effectively condensing and strengthening the strength of the teaching team, so that we are closely united and dedicated to the development of students. President Zhang also put forward the educational concept of "establishing a school in a revolutionary tradition and educating people with red culture", integrating red culture education into all aspects of school education, and extensively carrying out activities such as reading original works, listening to special reports, talking about experiences, and reading video materials; learning to sing revolutionary songs, and listening to the heroic stories of Sister Jiang, Liu Hulan, and Zhao Yiman.

Subsidizing students and volunteering to make up classes are not uncommon in female high schools. We often laugh that we follow Teacher Zhang to dance a "striptease", because every time we follow Teacher Zhang's home visit, we will leave all that we can eat, wear, and use to these poor girls, often this family gives a scarf, that family leaves a coat, and gives everything that can be given on the body.
