Zhenping County people have had the traditional custom of making yellow wine at home since ancient times, Zhang Juzu has had the craft of making yellow wine for three generations, and his family's wine workshop is also famous in the surrounding area. With the increasing improvement of people's living standards, a single product can not meet the diversified taste needs of consumers, and the marketing scope is limited to the surrounding areas of the county, how to crack this development bottleneck? Zhang Ju kept thinking.

Zhenping is the famous "hometown of Chinese jade carving", and the jade cultural industry has achieved leapfrog development with the help of e-commerce. 2018 is an important year for Zhangju, this year, the development of the e-commerce industry in Zhenping County has entered the fast lane, and the activities of "Taobao Village, Taobao Town" are in full swing, various policies to benefit the people have been introduced, and ZhangJu has taken the "express train" of e-commerce development.

"At the beginning, I didn't report too high hopes, we are not a brand-name wine, can online consumers accept it?" Under the mobilization of the E-commerce Office of the Commerce Bureau, Zhang Ju participated in the training and learning, and the county introduced a professional e-commerce planning company to carry out product packaging and enterprise planning for him, and actively built a sales platform for him.

On the double eleven of that year, Zhang Ju's rice wine achieved a single-day sales of 200,000 yuan. "Before 2018, my best sales performance in a year did not exceed 500,000 yuan, and my marketing volume exceeded 1 million this year." Zhang Ju appreciated the "charm" of e-commerce.

In 2019, Zhang Ju began the transformation of the enterprise, and the small workshop was also officially renamed Henan Jianyuan Wine Co., Ltd., which previously had an annual output of less than 30 tons, and by the end of 2020, it had reached more than 500 tons, and the sales volume exceeded 10 million. Through the establishment of r&D center, the company has developed more than 20 varieties of fruity rice wine and healthy rice wine.

In order to further enhance the scale of the enterprise, Zhang Ju's winery entered the Junda Science and Technology Park in October 2020 to prepare for the double eleven of that year.

Although preparations have been made, but the order sales of nearly 6,000 orders that night surprised Zhang Ju and all the staff, through the emergency coordination of reinforcements by the Bureau of Commerce, more than 60 people worked overtime until more than 4 a.m. to pack all the orders. In December of that year, Zhang Ju's distillery and the jade carving Internet celebrities of the Stone Buddha Temple carried out promotional activities with goods, setting a record of 5,000 orders in the first minute of broadcasting.

This year, Zhangju's winery has carried out new planning, and the location of the new winery has been submitted to the higher authorities for approval, and the next step will be to meet the spring breeze of the development of the 14th Five-Year Plan with a stronger development momentum.

In recent years, focusing on the development model of industry + e-commerce, Zhenping County has built a "nanny-style" service system and strived to create a good business environment for the development of county enterprises. The county provides financial subsidies to e-commerce enterprises in the three links of warehousing, logistics and packaging to reduce the access costs of enterprises. Benign intervention in the express delivery industry, reducing the overall price of express delivery, making Zhenping and Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai areas equal, and promoting the development of the e-commerce industry. At the same time, the e-commerce industry returns funds quickly, which is conducive to the rapid growth of enterprises, accelerates the electric shock of local products on the Internet, builds a "double cycle" system of Zhenping e-commerce with the "big cycle" of export of characteristic products and "micro-circulation" of agricultural and sideline products, and creates a town flat sample version of the digital economy empowering the rural revitalization industry.

It is reported that in the "Live E-commerce Regional Development Index Research Report" jointly released by the China Market Society, Ali Research Institute and Taobao Live on March 10, Zhenping County of Nanyang City ranked 26th among the top 100 live e-commerce counties in the country, and is the only county in Henan Province to be listed.
