Because she has lived in the grassland since she was a child, she is like an ordinary but tenacious plant "sheep grass", silently working hard, persevering, relying on a perseverance, taking root in the land of Yanqing and adding green.
In the early spring of the year of Gengzi, a surging new crown pneumonia epidemic struck. At that time, she was enjoying a rare reunion with her elderly parents in her hometown in Inner Mongolia, "Go back, the unit needs you!" Her parents forced her to return to Beijing with a smile. She pulled her mother's rough hands and choked on the indescribable. As the leader of the teaching and research department that undertook the task of guiding the teaching of the whole district, the "Postponement guidance plan" must be studied and written immediately, and she heard the loud clarion call of the "battlefield"; but as a child, she knew that she had not yet had time to have a good meal with her parents when she returned home.
In the cold of Inner Mongolia in early spring, she bid farewell to her family in a hurry at four o'clock in the morning and set off to postpone her journey. Along the way, the phone calls to communicate how to carry out the work have been continuous, and since ancient times, it is difficult to be loyal and filial, and she has always known that "there is a country to have a home" in the face of the epidemic. After returning to Beijing, while strictly implementing the policy of 14 days of home isolation, she continued to communicate by phone and WeChat, and arranged the plan for the suspension of classes in the third year of the New Year and the third year of high school. On the fifth day of the Chinese New Year, the third and third year of high school trainees are convened to formulate their own preparation plans in a weekly unit, and do a good job in guiding the preparation of subject teachers in special periods. At the same time, follow-up measures are arranged. It is the preparation guidance in this period that has taken a reassuring pill for the front-line subject teachers, and has played an important role in fixing the star. She was also awarded the Advanced Individual Commendation for Fighting the Epidemic by the Beijing Municipal Government for her outstanding contributions to the fight against the epidemic, becoming the only educator in our district to receive this honor.
"The best way to love a student is to be a good teacher." This phrase is her motto. And the secret to her becoming a good teacher is "hard work." In 2017, the new curriculum standards for the new high school curriculum plan were introduced, and Beijing entered the new curriculum reform as the second batch of curriculum reform provinces. At that time, teachers and students were faced with the new college entrance examination, old teaching materials, and a mixture of new and old, which made teachers and students a little dazed. As a regional teaching guidance department, it is necessary to make long-term planning, so she stepped forward and organized the overall idea of "data research, training first, and classroom leadership". First of all, she and the high school teachers worked together to understand the academic situation based on the characteristics and performance data of the students. Then, at the end of the semester, she and her colleagues actively participated in various trainings at the national and municipal levels; during the holidays, she took the initiative to re-listen to the training recordings and organize the materials. At that time, it was almost a day to sit, sort out nearly 100,000 words of study notes, and strive for excellence into teacher training materials. In order to make the training more quality, she often goes to the city alone to ask experts to check her district-level training. After changing and changing again, she gave the cadres and teachers in the whole district new curriculum training, new curriculum reform training, and new college entrance examination training. All kinds of training have allowed teachers to unify their thinking, form a consensus, and go in the right direction. In those days, although she often wore stars and wore a moon boat, often worked overtime until night, and often debated and discussed until her lips were dry, she felt that it was worth it when she looked at the growing confidence of teachers and students and the continuous progress of achievements. In the final classroom leadership, she personally entered the senior high school classroom to listen to the lectures, and carried out online teaching and research with the teachers one-on-one. "Students, please rest assured that the teachers are waiting for you online and offline at any time." When she smiled and cheered the children up, she vividly conveyed the love and true feelings of a teacher.
Along the way, her class has won the Beijing Outstanding Class Collective, and she herself has been rated as the "Great Wall Cup" Excellent Class Teacher twice, the Outstanding Teacher of Yanqing District five times, and the District Teaching Quality Excellence Award seven times. In 2017, she was named a backbone teacher in Beijing, and in 2020, she was named a subject teaching leader in Beijing.
