What are the highlights of Xianning's fire protection work, and how to continuously optimize the fire fighting business environment? On July 20, at the special press conference on optimizing the business environment in Xianning City, Lin Bin, deputy secretary of the party committee and head of the Xianning Fire Rescue Detachment, responded.

Optimize services and do practical measures for fire protection and convenience

In terms of serving the reception of the masses, the responsible persons of the Xianning Fire Rescue Detachment and the brigade receive visits from the masses every Friday morning to listen to suggestions, provide advice, and solve fire fighting difficulties. The 96119 fire hazard reporting and complaint telephone number was merged into the 12345 government service convenience hotline. Since the beginning of this year, the heads of the Xianning Fire Rescue Detachment and the brigade have received a total of 72 visits from the masses and solved 68 problems involving fire safety.

In terms of strengthening guidance and training services, Xianning has set up 7 fire publicity service teams to carry out mobile fire safety publicity in the streets and alleys, conduct fire safety knowledge training for employees in stores along the street, teach fire extinguishing skills hand in hand, and improve the level of fire prevention in units. Since the beginning of this year, the fire publicity service team has found and rectified more than 2,000 fire hazards, and conducted fire safety training for more than 2,900 "ten small places".

At the same time, the "dual-track system" of fire control administrative licensing is implemented, and the applicant independently chooses to inform the commitment system or general procedures to handle the licensing matters. If the notification commitment system is selected, the applicant promises to meet the fire safety standards and provide relevant materials, makes an administrative licensing decision on the spot, and the processing time limit is reduced from 13 working days to 1 working day, and then verified after processing; if the notification commitment system is not selected, it is handled in accordance with the general procedures. At present, 16 public gathering places in the city have chosen the notification commitment system and obtained the "Opinions on Fire Safety Inspection before Public Gathering Places Put into Use and Business" on the spot.

It is reported that citizens applying for public gathering places to put into use and operate fire safety permits have achieved "only one run". Citizens can also inquire about the administrative permit documents for fire protection by submitting a written application, and if the administrative permit documents issued by fire rescue agencies are lost, they can apply for document verification and photocopying services.

Make every effort to rescue and improve the level of fire rescue

Smooth the channels for the masses to seek help, improve the level of fire fighting and rescue services, reduce the time and scope of closed fire scenes... With the goal of "continuously improving the level of fire rescue", the Xianning Fire Rescue Detachment continues to exert efforts.

Through the "119" fire alarm platform, Xianning Fire Protection accepts citizens for emergency water delivery, high-altitude rescue, mountain rescue, trapped elevator rescue and other distress requests for help for 24 hours. In the first half of the year, 733 cases of various requests for help were accepted from the masses.

When carrying out fire fighting and rescue operations, under the condition of ensuring the success of the operation, the fire department reduces the demolition of the rescue site and the unnecessary shooting of water, so as to protect the property of the people to the greatest extent. Strictly abide by the discipline of the masses, take advantage of the "six familiar" opportunity, organize firefighters to carry out fire prevention inspections synchronously, guide units to formulate fire fighting and rescue plans, carry out evacuation and escape drills, guide miniature fire stations to carry out practical combat ability training, and improve the initial fire disposal capabilities.

When conducting fire investigation, the fire department only closes the area related to the cause of the fire, and according to the progress of the investigation, the scope of the fire scene closure is reduced in time to minimize the impact of the fire scene closure on the production and life of the masses.

Rescue has speed, law enforcement has more temperature. In terms of standardizing law enforcement, Xianning Fire Protection has solidly implemented inclusive and prudent supervision, such as minor and timely correction of fire control violations of units, exempted from administrative penalties. Before the inspection of the fire rescue agency, the unit has found itself and taken the initiative to take measures to rectify, and has formulated and implemented preventive measures to ensure fire safety or deactivated dangerous parts, and may not be punished.
