On October 21, Su He, deputy secretary of the Xing'an League Committee and head of the League, went deep into The Ukrainian region to investigate and guide the fine management of the city and the creation of a county-level civilized city.

Su He successively went to the second phase of the City Star Project, ZasakTu Garden, Wuyi Square, Shengli Community, Shenghong Community, field research on the construction of smart communities, pocket parks, sponge city square transformation, old community transformation and complete community construction.

Su He pointed out that the fine management of cities involves all aspects of urban operation and is closely related to the production and life of the people.
