At the forum, the responsible comrades of the Xing'an League Water Conservancy Bureau made reports on the current key work, project construction, key ideas and outstanding problems in the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, and the responsible comrades of the relevant departments and offices of the Water Conservancy Department and the Inner Mongolia Water Investment Group made key speeches, and the two sides conducted in-depth discussions and exchanges on relevant work.
Schenbilig said that the Xing'an League is an old revolutionary area, and at the same time, the potential for water conservancy and flood control is huge. At present, water conservancy departments at all levels, from the Autonomous Region Water Conservancy Department to the Xing'an League, must firmly establish the concept of "great water conservancy," focus on the whole region to unswervingly take a new path of high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development, and build a strategic positioning of "two barriers," "two bases," and "one bridgehead." On the one hand, we must coordinate and systematically exert efforts; on the one hand, we must implement the existing work and key projects well, and on the other hand, scientifically plan a number of key projects that are beneficial to the long term and lay the foundation, and provide support and guarantee for local development.
Sichenbiliger pointed out that in recent years, the Xing'an League has carried out a lot of work and made a lot of efforts in coordinating the construction of the Project of The Liaoning Province. In the next step, the Water Conservancy Department of the Autonomous Region should strengthen tripartite communication and contact with local and Inner Mongolia Water Investment Groups, jointly promote the construction of the Liaoning Project, ensure the progress of the project, and give full play to the benefits as soon as possible. It is hoped that xing'an alliance will attach great importance to and speed up the work related to the relocation of migrants and complete the set goals and tasks in accordance with the relevant requirements of the autonomous region.
