Qianquezhuang Village is a well-known "national civilized village", under the leadership of the village party branch, it has embarked on a new path of rural revitalization of "red leadership and green revitalization". In 1928, Qianquezhuang Village had its first CCP member, Yu Qingshu. Since then, the red seeds have taken deep root in this land, guiding people to struggle and build.

Yu Qingshu sowed the "seeds" of the former Quezhuang Red Revolution

Born in 1905 in Qianquezhuang Village, Yu Qingshu was originally a primary school teacher. In 1925, the 20-year-old Yu Qingshu returned to his hometown from Weixian County to propagate anti-imperialist and anti-feudal revolutionary ideas. In the autumn of 1928, during the bloody and stormy years of the Kuomintang reactionaries' frenzied massacre of underground party members, Yu Qingshu resolutely joined the Communist Party of China and became the first communist party member in Former Quezhuang Village after being introduced by Mou Hongli, then a member of the Weixian County Party Committee, and others.

Yu Qingshu

"The beliefs of the party members are very firm, that is, they hope that China can get rid of exploitation and aggression, and Chinese people can live a good life, and the same is true of Yu Qingshu, which can be seen in his posthumous work "Mandarin Duck FuluTu"." Chen Xiaoqiao, a former member of the Quezhuang village branch, told reporters. In the winter of 1928, Yu Qingshu established the former Quezhuang Village Party Branch, served as the secretary of the branch, and soon developed more than a dozen party members such as Yu Yichuan.

Immediately after the establishment of the party branch, it led the famous bristle workers' strike. In the spring of 1929, Yu Qingshu and others organized and launched a strike struggle for bristle women workers, and a hundred female workers took to the streets of the village, sang "Song of The Mane-Tied Workers", demanded wage increases, abolished the insulting system such as "body searches" for female workers, and the fathers and elders of the whole village rushed to support them, and more than 500 people took to the streets to carry out a huge strike movement. At the critical juncture of the struggle, Yu Zhirong, a communist party member, and some progressive workers took the lead in rushing into the "mane" accounting room and proposed conditions for the workers to resume work, and the boss of the "mane line" was forced to agree.

According to local party history sources, this strike was the only struggle in the "history of the labor movement" led by the Shandong party organization that was won without bloodshed.

The victory of the strike struggle of the bristle workers has greatly encouraged the courage of the toiling masses in Weixian to resist the struggle. Yu Qingshu and others also planned and led the peasants in Quezhuang, Xiaozhuangzi, Daliuxuan, and other areas to strike at the market for short periods of time, effectively dealing a blow to the arrogance of reactionary landlords in the Weibei area.

In October 1929, Yu Qingshu also participated in the strike struggle of more than 200 female workers in Weibei Liuke, Liuxuan, Angu and other villages led by the county party committee, forcing the network merchants to agree to the workers' demand for increased wages, and the strike won again.

In the autumn of 1929, the Weixian county party committee was destroyed by the enemy, and the provincial commissioner came to Qianquezhuang Village to form the sixth weixian county party committee. In the former Quezhuang village villager Yu Yantian's home, the Weixian County Party Committee was secretly established, and Yu Qingshu served as the secretary of the county party committee, continuing to lead the revolutionary struggle forward. In January 1930, the newly formed Weixian County Party Committee organized more than 30 rioters from Qianquezhuang, Qianlu, Butouzi and other villages to rush to Qiaoxi Village to prepare to seize the guns of the reactionary authorities' Gaoli militia regiment, but they were forced to cancel because the reactionary authorities had already taken precautions. After the rebellion failed, Yu Qingshu was arrested for betrayal by traitors and escorted to Jinan Prison.

When his wife visited the prison, she cried bitterly, and Yu Qingshu encouraged her to live well and raise her children to continue the struggle! When there is something to find a "mother", the "mother" he calls is the party organization. In the early morning of April 5, 1931, Yu Qingshu, a major representative, Deng Enming, and 22 other people sang the "International Song" and walked to the execution ground to bravely and righteously, at the age of 26.

Although Yu Qingshu's participation in revolutionary activities was only a short period of two years, he constantly set off a small upsurge of anti-aggression and anti-oppression in the Weibei region, and developed a number of outstanding Communist Party members and revolutionary youth. After his sacrifice, these people took the revolutionary "baton" and continued to fight, sowing the seeds of revolution.

The "tinder" of the Red Revolution is burning more and more vigorously

Yu Yichuan was a student of Yu Qingshu and a member of the Communist Party of Yu Qingshu. Shortly after the establishment of the Weixian County Cpc Committee, Yu Qingshu was ordered to be transferred to the Provisional Provincial Party Committee of Shandong as the secretary of the Provincial Provisional Committee. In November 1929, Yu Yichuan studied at the Jinan Township Division, and Yu Qingshu connected with him to establish the first party branch of the Jinan Township Division.

In 1937, when the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression broke out, the seven and eight detachments of the two anti-Japanese armed forces led by the Shandong Party Organization met, and Yu Zhirong, a communist who had married out of Quezhuang Village (a person who witnessed the pigmane strike), mobilized her husband Li Lesan to join the eight detachments. On December 17, 1940, Li Lesan was ambushed by a Kuomintang assassination group and died heroically at the age of 28. During the Liberation War, Yu Zhirong sent his son Li Bafu to the Eighth Route Army.

In January 1938, the "Seventh Detachment of the Ludong Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Brigade of the Eighth Route Army" of the Anti-Japanese Armed Forces led by the Shandong Party Organization was established in the uprising in Caijialanzi Village, Weibei Province, and Yu Defu, a Communist Party member who developed in the early Qing Dynasty, and Yu Xiaohui, a Party member who participated in the activities of the former Quezhuang Party Branch, rushed to Caijialanzi Village to join the seven detachments and rushed to the battlefield to fight against the Japanese.

In the spring of 1941, the Japanese army that occupied Weixian County swept away Qianquezhuang, and the independent regiment of the anti-Japanese guerrilla group in the eighth district of Shandong Province, with the cooperation of the villagers, heroically resisted the Japanese and eliminated dozens of Japanese puppet troops.

After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, the former Quezhuang Party Branch led the villagers to fight landlords, fight bullies, and make land reforms, and joined the army to defend the fruits of victory and greet the liberation of Weixian County.

The revolutionary behavior of the villagers in qianquezhuang village caused strong dissatisfaction among the Kuomintang reactionaries. In 1947, the Kuomintang reactionaries invaded the Liberated Areas on a large scale, and the bandits of the Returning Regiment imprisoned the Eighth Route Army and the families of revolutionary cadres in an old alley in Qianquezhuang Village for brutal suppression, calling it the "Eight-Way Hutong." The revolutionary family members united as one and waged an indomitable struggle against the enemy.

In April 1948, the Battle to Liberate Weixian county began. The village set off a climax, offering door boards to every household in the paving pit road, providing a large amount of grain and firewood for the front line, and bravely going to the front line to treat the wounded in the rain of guns and bullets...

From the time Yu Qingshu sowed the first red flame in the village, the former Quezhuang people followed the revolutionary road and passed on the torch, and six martyrs sacrificed their precious lives for the people's liberation.

A shovel does not leave the hand

Wherever Zhang Xiuying, a female party member, went

After the founding of New China, the most important thing in Qianquezhuang Village was to concentrate on construction, grasp production, and improve the living standards of the common people. During this period, there was a female Communist Party member who had to be mentioned, and she was Zhang Xiuying.

Zhang Xiuying, a native of Mengyin, Shandong Province, fled to Weibei with her parents at an early age and married into Qianquezhuang Village at the age of 16. Zhang Xiuying showed outstanding revolutionary courage in her youth. She joined the Party in 1936, and during the war years, she used her advantages to make contributions to the revolution by transferring intelligence, covering for leadership, mobilizing young people to join the army, and doing a good job in agricultural production in the rear.

Zhang Xiuying made a typical speech at the county-wide agricultural conference

After the founding of New China, Zhang Xiuying served as a township cadre. In 1958, the People's Commune was established, and the agricultural production brigade was established in Qianquezhuang Village, and in 1959, during the period of natural disasters for three consecutive years, Zhang Xiuying resigned from the post of township cadre and returned to Qianquezhuang Village as the secretary of the party branch of the brigade, provoking the burden of the village leader and leading the whole village to start a hard business together with the party branch.

The red "tinder" spread to this period and evolved into the practical spirit of "solid and hard work, hard work, and courage to take responsibility", under the leadership of the party branch, the whole village overcame difficulties and quickly achieved a continuous increase in production.

From the Communist Manifesto to the iron shovel that does not fall off the shoulders, the red blood of qianquzhuang village draws a blueprint for a hundred years

Zhang Xiuying's signature action is to carry a shovel and go wherever she goes. She once said, 'Everything I have is given by the party, and I can't repay the party for everything I have, and as long as I still have a breath, I will work for the party.' The power of the role model in that era was infinite, and under her leadership, the villagers were full of energy. Chen Xiaoqiao told reporters.

In 1964, the former Quezhuang Brigade built a village-run mane factory, becoming the first brigade in the commune to set up a collective side business. In 1969, the brigade bought back a small "Dongfang Hong" tractor, becoming the first brigade in the commune to own a "Dongfang Hong" tractor. Qianquezhuang Village took the lead in embarking on the road of agricultural mechanization.

From the Communist Manifesto to the iron shovel that does not fall off the shoulders, the red blood of qianquzhuang village draws a blueprint for a hundred years

During the period of agricultural science, the former Quezhuang brigade stepped out of a "red flag small convoy" that could never be pushed down and charged forward, and for more than 10 years, it successively participated in the construction of large-scale projects such as the BailangHe Reservoir, the tujiao River management, and the construction of the Xinda Railway.

On August 24, 1973, as one of only two party representatives in Changwei District, 58-year-old Zhang Xiuying attended the Tenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China with honor.

The red heritage of Qianquezhuang Village is not only reflected in the construction, but also in the bravery and boundless love shown by the villagers in the face of unexpected situations. From August 12 to 14, 1974, three days of heavy rain fell, and flash floods broke out upstream, and the river south of the village was fierce, and the Daguanzhuang brigade on the opposite bank was surrounded by the flood water of the collapsed embankment. At the critical moment, the party branch of the former Quezhuang Brigade commanded the militia company in the village to form a commando team, ventured to cross the river, helped all the villagers of Daguanzhuang get out of danger, and after the flood receded, helped them carry out post-disaster reconstruction work.

Since 1984, Qianquezhuang Village has embarked on the road of rural reform, and continued to explore development under the leadership of the three party branch secretaries of Xuede, Yu Kuisheng and Yu Xianhuai. With the advantages of traditional technology, the mane-making industry of Qianquezhuang has re-emerged in the village, and the villagers have also built a large brick factory, when more than 100,000 yuan households suddenly emerged.

In the historical turning point of reform and opening up, the former Quezhuang Village Party organization inherited the red gene of Qingshu, carried forward Zhang Xiuying's "iron shovel" spirit, led the villagers to carry forward the village red revolutionary tradition, obeyed the party's call, selflessly dedicated, had the courage to take responsibility, and took a new step in building a beautiful and happy homeland.

A rich front runs through it

The villagers took the lead in living a good life

In the history of the red development of Qianquezhuang Village, every major node is indispensable to the guidance of the leader. In the past, Yu Qingshu and Yu Yichuan took the lead in the revolution, and later Zhang Xiuying took the lead in construction. Today, the village has a new leader, Yu Yingzhi, and under his leadership, the former Quezhuang Village has achieved a transformation.

In 2000, Yu Yingzhi, a young villager who took the lead in the development of Qianquezhuang Village, personally donated more than 100,000 yuan to build the first reinforced concrete bridge in the history of the village on the river south of the village. In 2004, Yu Yingzhi was still engaged in the construction and installation industry in the city, and saw that his hometown was so poor that he could not even build a road out of the village, and decided to return to his hometown to contribute. He sold his real estate in the city and returned to the village to run for the chairman of the village committee, determined to lead the villagers out of poverty and become rich.

Yu Yingzhi

In the first few years, Yu Yingzhi almost paid for the village himself.

In the summer of 2005, in order to let the villagers drink tap water, Yu Yingzhi led the "two committees" of the village to compete for policies, pull relations, and run funds everywhere, and finally raised more than 160,000 yuan to introduce tap water into every household in more than two months. It was also in this year that Yu Yingzhi gloriously joined the Communist Party of China.

In 2006, Yu Yingzhi was elected as the former secretary of the party branch of Quezhuang Village, and with the support of the superior funds, he personally donated 360,000 yuan, donated the construction machinery when he started his business, led all the villagers to work hard for 120 days, and successfully completed the hardening, greening and lighting of 26 alleys on 9 streets in the village.

When Zhang Xiuying was in office, he set a goal of "upstairs and downstairs, electric lights and telephones". After Yu Yingzhi took office, he first went to this goal. The first to start the transformation of the old village, only 2 years of villagers all lived in the building. Gradually, the village built apartments for the elderly, cultural compounds, leisure squares, etc., and the villagers' living environment and living standards have been greatly improved.

A blueprint drawn to the end

Yu Yingzhi opened a new model of "party branch +" development

After Yu Yingzhi served as the secretary of the village party branch, he continued to inherit the red spirit of the former Quezhuang Village, pioneered the five development models of "party branch +", vigorously implemented rural revitalization, and embarked on a new path of "red leadership and green revitalization".

From the Communist Manifesto to the iron shovel that does not fall off the shoulders, the red blood of qianquzhuang village draws a blueprint for a hundred years

At the end of 2007, the village party branch organized the circulation of land in the whole village and carried out large-scale land operation, and the per capita income of villagers increased by 1500 yuan that year.

In 2009, the village party branch led the establishment of the "Dongli Rural Ecological Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative", explored the development of ecological fruit and vegetable planting and urban leisure agriculture, and vigorously cultivated the "Dongli Rural" agricultural and sideline product brand. After 10 years, the surrounding area of Qianquezhuang Village has formed a relatively mature ecological sightseeing and picking park, which has become a model for leisure agriculture in the suburbs of Weifang City.

At the same time, the village party branch also led the establishment of village-run enterprises, encouraged and supported the self-employment, decoration, logistics industries, the first, second and third industries bloomed in an all-round way, more heavy harvests, and the villagers' income increased significantly.

In 2018, the former Quezhuang Village Party Branch seized the development opportunity and successfully applied for the only approved provincial pastoral complex pilot project in Weifang City that year, which radiated the common development of 13 surrounding villages.

From the Communist Manifesto to the iron shovel that does not fall off the shoulders, the red blood of qianquzhuang village draws a blueprint for a hundred years

Today's Qianquezhuang Village, all the villagers live in beautiful buildings, get a monthly salary, and have dividends every year. The village is not only equipped with a medical center, school, and cultural compound, but also digs deep into the deeds of revolutionary historical celebrities in the village, invests 2.8 million yuan to build a village history and party history museum with the theme of "inheriting red genes", regularly preaches red history and culture, and continues to inherit the spirit of the red prequet that has lasted for nearly 100 years.

From the "Communist Manifesto" in Yu Qingshu's hand, to the shovel on Zhang Xiuying's shoulder, and then to a blueprint for development drawn by Yu Yingzhi, the spirit of the former Que that has been inherited has long been deeply rooted in the bones of every former Que person, and they will give this spirit different connotations according to the characteristics of different eras, but no matter how the times change and how the connotation evolves, the main idea of "strengthening faith and daring to be the first" has never changed, turning into a bright light in the long river of history, guiding generation after generation of former Que people to forge ahead!
