On June 2, 2021, Yifeiyuan held a youth work conference. The meeting summarized the youth league work in 2020, commended advanced collectives and individuals, studied and deployed future youth work, and encouraged the vast number of young people to burn youth, stimulate wisdom, and contribute.
Secretary of the Party Committee Shang Zhongdi publicized the spirit of the speech made by Li Benzheng, deputy secretary of the party group of the group, at the meeting to promote the innovation and effectiveness of young people in the aviation industry, and at the same time put forward three opinions on the work of the youth league of the First Flight Academy:

Zhang Feng, deputy secretary of the party committee and secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, read out the commendation decision of the May Fourth Red Flag League branch, outstanding league cadres, outstanding league members, young post experts, and youth civilization numbers. The participating leaders presented awards to the winning collectives and individuals in turn.
After the work meeting, the Yifei Academy held a youth forum on "The Struggle Is Just in Time for Youth to Achieve Good Achievements" -- "Studying Party History, Strengthening Conviction, and Following the Party." The young people attending the meeting combined their party history learning experience and work study experience, and shared their growth experience and thinking.
