Yang Wei stressed that the maintenance involves a wide range, a large time span, and many key projects, and whether the maintenance can be completed safely, with high quality and efficiency is not only related to whether the equipment can operate stably, but also related to the completion of the annual production task and the good start of next year's production. In the face of the new situation and new requirements of the current enterprise reform and development, relevant departments and units should further enhance the awareness of "efficiency as the center", focus on producing fine products and creating benefits, and comprehensively improve the standards and levels of maintenance work. It is necessary to conscientiously sum up experience, analyze the causes of problems, and formulate effective countermeasures in combination with the actual conditions of equipment management and maintenance work. At the same time, it is necessary to aim at the advanced, comprehensive benchmarking, find gaps, learn rectification, improve standards, constantly break through technical bottlenecks, and make every effort to ensure that the operation of equipment during the two fixed repairs has "zero impact", while improving the quality of maintenance, further reducing maintenance costs.
Yang Wei demanded that relevant departments and units should firmly establish the equipment management concept with point verification and repair as the core, further standardize equipment management, gradually promote the optimization and improvement of fixed repair models, spare parts inventory, etc., strengthen the standardization of point inspection operations, achieve accurate maintenance and accurate assessment, and ensure that equipment management quickly embarks on a high standard and benign standardized operation track. At the same time, it is necessary to strictly follow the principle of process obedience, based on the overall situation of the group's production, look inward, aim at the problems affecting the production of the next process, carry out research, improve the maintenance standards, ensure product quality, and make every effort to create conditions for the production of the next process, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the end of production this year and the good start of production next year.
