After the study and decision of the chairman office meeting of the China Productivity Promotion Center Association, Zhao Yi, chairman of Digital Manufacturing Technology (Hunan) Co., Ltd., was appointed as the director of the special committee, Li Deng, marketing director of Greater China of Shenzhen Chuangxiang 3D Technology Co., Ltd., Ma Zhenhua, general manager of Hangzhou Sikan Technology Co., Ltd., Yu Shaodong, chairman of Xiangtan Productivity Promotion Center Co., Ltd., Deng Zhaohu, vice president of Guangdong Engineering Vocational and Technical College Branch, Jin Tianshi, executive director of Weijie (Suzhou) 3D Printing Co., Ltd. Liu Xiaoqing, executive vice president of Beijing Kunlun Sandi Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. The Additive Manufacturing Professional Committee of the China Productivity Promotion Center Association is a national and non-profit social organization voluntarily formed by well-known experts, scholars, leaders of relevant associations and well-known enterprises engaged in the additive manufacturing (also known as 3D printing) industry. Its main business scope or major activities are as follows:
(1) Recommend to the association the three awards of "China Good Technology", "Productivity Promotion Award" and "China Patent Award" in the additive manufacturing industry. Establish models of additive manufacturing technology, application and service; promote the landing of additive manufacturing applications; select additive manufacturing application demonstration enterprises, application demonstration campuses, and application demonstration bases; and promote the integration of additive manufacturing technology with various industries and majors.
(2) Carry out theoretical research and academic exchanges on additive manufacturing technology, hold academic forums on additive manufacturing at home and abroad, and compile, publish and distribute publications, books, videos and other works related to additive manufacturing. Use the website and WeChat platform of the Association to provide members with publicity and promotion services.
(3) Organize and carry out exchanges and cooperation in additive manufacturing technology at home and abroad, promote additive manufacturing technology, products and achievements at home and abroad, and hold exhibitions, product promotion meetings, business and trade talks and other activities. Guide the development of the members of the Union, promote the sharing of resources and mutual benefit at home and abroad among members and the industry, and concentrate on opening up sales and application markets.
(4) Cultivate 3D printing R&D talents, application talents, innovative talents, service talents, and management talents to provide intellectual support for industrial development; regularly hold national additive manufacturing (3D printing) skill competitions; build a "1+X" skill level assessment system for service middle-class and colleges and universities, and promote the construction of 3D printing modeling designers and additive manufacturing equipment operator examination outlets; the special committee awards licenses to examination outlets.
(5) Organize members to study relevant laws, regulations and national policies, and jointly declare, undertake and participate in major national and local scientific and technological and industrial projects with member units.
