The first is Su Rongsheng, who is the son of su Yu, the founding general of the people's republic. Born in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province in 1942, during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, General Li Yu was the commander of the First Division of the New Fourth Army at that time, and was leading the troops to resist the cruel sweeping of the Japanese army, so from birth, Su Rongsheng had an "indissoluble relationship" with the flames of war; "Rongsheng, Rongsheng", this name, full of his father's ardent expectations for him. In 1961, Su Rongsheng joined the Chinese People's Liberation Army, and was subsequently admitted to the Missile Department of the Harbin Military Engineering College. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1966. He was formerly the deputy commander of the Beijing Military Region and held the rank of lieutenant general. In his 45-year military career, he went from the southern Xinjiang of the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Vietnam to the northern Xinjiang of the "anti-repair" outpost, and then to the front line of the self-defense counterattack against Vietnam; he experienced the baptism and test of the fire of war in peacetime; and he was awarded the third class merit in the first battle that shot down the US reconnaissance plane in 1967.

Su Rongsheng

The second is He Pengfei (1946-2001.03), who is the son of Marshal He Long. He was deputy commander of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy with the rank of lieutenant general. During his term of office, he sketched out a grand blueprint for the leapfrog development of naval equipment and made outstanding contributions to the rapid development of naval equipment construction and the continuous improvement of combat effectiveness; Vice Admiral He Pengfei, who was also in charge of the construction of naval aviation units, did a lot of pioneering work for the construction and development of naval aviation units, and also achieved great results.
