On June 26, in Tieshanping, the "lung lobe" of Chongqing's main city, the Chongqing Jiangbei District Federation of Trade Unions carried out special training on mental health for SF Express and other enterprises with the theme of "psychological adjustment and stress management of professionals", and nearly 300 people, including courier brothers, online delivery workers, truck drivers, and security guards, participated.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the training, the Jiangbei District Federation of Trade Unions conducted a self-assessment scale questionnaire survey on the front-line workers of the "eight groups" in advance, and invited Professor Zhou Zhi, a senior psychological counselor at the Party School of the Chongqing Municipal Party Committee, to bring a unique psychology lecture.
Zhou Zhi used a large number of rich and grounded cases to explain how to get along with pressure, how to accept themselves with the power of positive psychology, on the one hand, to help them establish the correct three views, actively face emotions and pressures, and improve work happiness; on the other hand, through training and empowerment, so that the representatives of the enterprise unions present can help more colleagues to do psychological counseling in their future work, deal with bad emotions and pressures in work and family, and give full play to the role of trade unions in building a harmonious environment.
