In order to strengthen the reserve and cultivation of youth basketball talents, the "Sports Lottery Cup" 2020 National U15 Youth Basketball Training Camp (Women's Camp), sponsored by the Youth Sports Department of the General Administration of Sports of the People's Republic of China and jointly organized by the Chinese Basketball Association and the China Secondary School Students Sports Association, was held in Chengdu, Sichuan province on November 21-25, 2020. The training campers are composed of the winning team recommended by the winning team of this year's national U15 women's basketball final, the recommendation of the Chinese Secondary School Sports Association, and the outstanding campers and coaching team recommended athletes of the 2019 U15 winter training, and have gathered here through layers of selection. Adhering to the rigorous attitude, the training camp provides opportunities and platforms for outstanding young basketball players of appropriate age across the country to exchange learning, exercise and grow.
The training camp has strict requirements for epidemic prevention and control, and all coaches, athletes and staff in the camp must undergo nucleic acid testing and implement closed management before entering the camp. During the training period, unrelated personnel of the training camp are prohibited from entering the base, dormitory, and canteen, and the venue is disinfected three times a day.
The coaching team leader, the head coach of the women's basketball team Cong Xuedi, and a number of well-known coaches with rich experience in youth training are composed of a strong and complete lineup, giving athletes the most adequate technical and tactical guidance guarantee. The head coach of this year's national U15 final champion team was included in the coaching team, and the top team coaches were used as observation coaches, and participated in the coaching team coaching task throughout the process.

In the 5-day training camp, the coaching team conducted different special guidance and training for different athletes in basketball skills, physical training and actual combat according to the campers' entrance test and comprehensive ability.
The coaching team has systematically trained the players, mainly on offensive training in the morning and defensive skills in the afternoon. Through the careful guidance of the coaching staff for 5 days, the U15 campers not only gained new training content, training methods and basketball concepts, but also improved the ability of young athletes to take care of themselves, and met campers of the same age from all over the country with the same basketball dreams.
In addition to professional basketball training, basketball knowledge lectures were also held in the camp to enrich the theoretical knowledge of the campers. Physical fitness coach Huang Hao gave a lecture on athletes' sports rehabilitation knowledge for the campers.
At the same time, the coaching team invited all campers to watch the war-themed film "Eight Hundred" together, and carried out patriotic education in a way that athletes liked to hear, so that everyone could feel more and resonate.
During these days, Chengdu ushered in the first wave of cold wave after the light snow, although the weather was very cold but could not freeze everyone's enthusiasm for basketball, although it was only 5 days, but every camper was like a sponge, tirelessly absorbing; and like a spring, jumping higher under a higher challenge.
In the five-day training, in addition to the serious campers, there is also a group of people, training with the children, sweating with the children, taking care of the situation of each child, and guarding day and night after busy every day, that is, our cute and serious coaches.
At the final closing ceremony, the award ceremony for the winning campers was held.
