The 39-year-old actress first showed fans her engagement ring on Tuesday, sharing a romantic selfie from a trip to Italy with Hughes, where he proposed.
The photo was posted on her Instagram of Bush wearing a square diamond ring and swimming in a pool with Hughes. She also wears heart-shaped sunglasses, necklaces and bracelets.
Meanwhile, Hughes, wearing a pair of tortoiseshell sunglasses and a black handkerchief around his neck, kissed his fiancée sweetly on the face.
