According to The Hollywood Reporter, "Falcon" Anthony McKay has signed a contract with Marvel to star in Captain America 4. Captain America 4 will be co-written by Falcon and The Winter Soldier writers Malcolm Spelman and Darlan Mussen.

The Hollywood Reporter confirmed that Anthony McKay, the star of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier," has been selected to star in the Disney Marvel movie Captain America 4.
Mackie already took his Avengers character, Sam Wilson, aka the Falcon, from big screen to small for Disney+, with creator/writer Malcolm Spellman and director Kari Skogland at the helm. Now he’s set to board Captain America 4, with Spellman to pen the script with Dalan Musson, a staff writer on the Disney+ Marvel series.
McKay has moved his Avengers character Sam Wilson (aka Falcon) from the big screen to the Disney+ streaming small screen, with screenwriter Malcolm Spelman and director Cary Scottland at the helm of the show. Now, he'll star in Captain America 4, a film co-written by Spelman and Disney + Marvel series screenwriter Dallan Muson.
In April, THR broke the news that Spellman is developing the fourth installment of the Captain Americafilm franchise for Marvel Studios. Up until this point, Chris Evans has played Captain America via the Steve Rogers character, appearing in a trio of solo movies, Avengers outings and assorted other Marvel films.

Spelman assembled a team of writers for the show who were almost all black. The show has been praised for its focus on the feelings of the black community, unlike any previous superhero movie or TV series.
Mackie has been with the MCU since 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
McKay has been featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Captain America 2 in 2014.
