In order to strengthen the construction of judicial administrative infrastructure, further improve the standardization level of judicial offices, and promote the modernization of grass-roots governance systems and governance capabilities, on the morning of August 19, 2021, the inspection and acceptance team led by Huang Ying, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Justice, visited the Shiyang Judicial Institute to carry out the creation and acceptance of the municipal "Fengqiao-style judicial office". Lin Qiang, mayor of Shiyang Town, and Yang Shichao, member of the town's political and legal committee, accompanied the inspection.
The acceptance team first inspected the relevant archives of the Shiyang Judicial Institute in terms of party building leadership, standardization construction, personnel strength, service quality, mass evaluation, etc., and inspected the management and operation of the archives system such as the community corrections object files, remote video visitation systems, and judicial administrative OA system, and at the same time inquired about the familiarity of the judicial office staff in their own business. The acceptance team affirmed the work carried out by the Shiyang Judicial Institute and held that the Shiyang Judicial Institute has made some achievements in serving the masses, the construction of the rule of law, and grass-roots governance, and in addition to the efforts of the staff, it is also inseparable from the support and assistance of the local party committees and governments for judicial administrative work. At the same time, the acceptance team put forward three requirements: first, to further improve the hardware facilities, the appearance of the judicial office, the function distinction also needs to be improved; the second is to further improve the professional ability of the judicial office staff, should participate in more professional knowledge training, improve the work ability; the third is to further expand the business coverage, in the grass-roots "three governance integration", administrative law enforcement and other aspects of the business depth.
Through the establishment of the municipal "Fengqiao-style Judicial Office", the construction of the Shiyang Judicial Institute has reached the standardization standard of "party building leads the practice, standardized construction, strong personnel strength, excellent service quality, and high evaluation by the masses". In the future, the judicial office will continue to focus on the central work of the higher-level judicial administrative organs and the town party committee and government, take the establishment of the "Fengqiao-style judicial office" as a breakthrough point, further give play to the role of various judicial administrative functions, and contribute more to the stable economic and social development of the grass-roots government.
