Born in 1979, Liu Wei joined the army in 1995 and retired in 2016, and is now the director of the quality control department of Xi'an Daxing Hospital. From Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital 18 years ago to Wuhan Union Hospital in early 2020, she has a retrograde brave figure in the most dangerous intensive care unit. When the lives of the masses were tormented by the virus, she wore white armor and went backwards, twice "born into death" on the battlefield without smoke of gunfire.
In 2003, when the SARS epidemic suddenly broke out, she was a nurse at the Digestive Disease Hospital of Xijing Hospital and supported Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital for more than two months. After the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, Liu Wei once again wrote a letter of request for battle and went to Wuhan to fight for more than 60 days. Her medical team is responsible for assisting the critical care ward of the West Hospital of Wuhan Union Medical College Hospital, which has a high risk of infection and heavy medical tasks.
As the head of the nursing team of the medical team, Liu Wei presided over the formulation of more than 60 work processes and systems, scientific and reasonable scheduling, and together with the medical staff of the Shaanxi medical team, a total of 280 patients were nursed and 113 patients were admitted, including 78 severely ill and 21 critically ill... His medical team was awarded the Hubei "Worker Pioneer" of the Wuhan Medical Team aided by other provinces. In 2020, Liu Wei won the title of "Most Beautiful Retired Soldier" and "Pacesetter of Meritorious Service" in Shaanxi Province.
